FLAWLESS!
If Beale Street Could Talk actress Kiki Layne is becoming a red carpet fave. And for good reason.
The 27-year-old actress took time from filming the Coming 2 America sequel to SLAY. She showed up at the 2019 LACMA Art + Film Gala - sponsored by Gucci - in LA in a sparkly green Gucci dress and we're obsessed!
The hair. The shoes. Everything. Sis, snapped.
Not only does Naomi Campbell rip a runway, she sure knows how to turn up the heat on a red carpet. The 49-year-old supermodel sizzled in a sparkling red Atelier Versace cut out gown.
Werk.
Fresh from chopping it up with Forever President Barack Obama at his foundation’s summit, “Grown-ish” star Yara Shahidi lit up the carpet in a gold Gucci gown that made her look like a goddess.
Oscar winning actress Regina King looked "haute" in her Gucci gown, finishing her look with purple braids.
So gorge.
"When They See Us" director Ava DuVernay skipped her signature red carpet look for something edgy and fun. The fab directress turned heads in this metallic Gucci number.
The fellas were fresh too....
"Atlanta" star/creator Donald Glover kept it fashionably cool.
EGOT John Legend served up debonair vibes on the carpet.
Tyler the Creator displayed his quirky fashion flare (in his Mary Jane shoes) before linking up with Yara on the carpet.
HARRIET star Cynthia Erivo was all smiles while posing it up in a royal blue gown.
The Hate U Give star Amandla Stenberg and Guardians of the Galaxy star Zoe Saldana are both fab chicks, but their looks were our least favorites of the night.
Hmm...are we feeling Anderson .Paak's 'fit?
Music video director Melina Matsoukas also served up an interesting look.
Inside...
Donald Glover & John Legend spoke during the event that honored artist Betye Saar and filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón.
Zoe Saldana's hubby Marco Perego was her date for the evening.
Anderson .Paak hit the stage for a performance while Naomi, Yara, Amandla and Kiki snapped it up:
