Jeezy is ready to kick-off the next chapter in his life, following his rap retirement. He just launched his own sports management company

Goodbye, music! Hello, sports world!

Jeezy is taking a page from Jay-Z’s "life after rap" blueprint and has launched his own sports management agency named Sports 99. Nice!

Sports 99 is a full-service sports management agency representing athletes and coaches in the U.S. and internationally. The agency will start off by representing professional players in the NBA and NFL.

The “Put On” rapper said he launched the company to help athletes navigate their careers and to help them accumulate “real wealth and life skills,” which is needed. There are tons of stories of athletes who raked in millions of dollars during the height of their career only to end up broke later in life.

“I have learned through the trials and tribulations of my career, what it’s like to have to co-manage yourself,” Jeezy said in an Instagram post. “I want to help athletes accumulate real wealth and life skills needed to invest in their future. I’ve always been drawn to athlete culture and making music that motivates and inspires them and others.”

Other rappers have done the same thing. Jay-Z founded Roc Nation Sports, Master P started No Limit Sports Management, and Lil Wayne founded Young Money APAA Sports.

Last year, the 42-year-old rapper - who celebrated a birthday a few days ago - announced he was retiring from the rap game after he dropped his last and final album titled, TM 104: Legend of the Snowman. He dropped it in August.

As far as his personal life goes, he’s currently dating “The Real” co-host Jeannie Mai. They recently put their love on front street and they seem to be enjoying their newfound romance:

Jeezy & Jeannie celebrated his 42nd birthday on BAEcay. The daytime talk show co-host shared a flick of them and captioned, "Til the wheels fall off baby. Happy Bday @jeezy."

Well, aren't they cute.
