Pusha T Drops $600K For Waterfront Mansion In VA + 2 Chainz Reveals Why He Turned Down A Jay Z Deal, Trips Over Pusha Writing McDonald's Iconic Slogan

Pusha T has a new place to call home in his hometown of Virigina. Meanwhile, 2 Chainz and Steve Stoute chop it up about Pusha (and Pharrell Williams) creating the McDonald's slogan and 2 Chainz turning down a deal with Jay Z. Get it all inside...

Newlyweds/VA natives Pusha T and Virgina Williams have a new home to create memories in their hometown.

The VA rapper dropped $600,000 for a waterfront mansion in Norfolk, VA. The Blast got their hands on details about the pad, which stretches across 4,400 sq. ft, and it includes 4-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Thanks to the location, the property offers amazing views as it sits on the Lafayette River. It features long glass walls which allow plenty of natural light to beam in along with many other amenities.

Last month, Virginia posted on Instagram about the purchase, gushing over her new residence with her new husband. She wrote, "Remember that home i was manifesting?? Well today we purchased an old beauty on the water in my sweet hometown and I couldn’t be happier (i want to cry) . Can’t wait to get to work and show you all before and after pics. Thanks Paulo for your help!"

The couple tied the knot in Virginia last summer with star-studded guests in attendance like Kanye & Kim West, Pharrell Williams, Fabolous and more.

Congrats!

Speaking of Pusha...

Did you know Pusha T wrote the slogan McDonald's still uses today?!

Yep. He did. Actually Pusha and fellow VA native Pharrell Williams wrote the slogan 14-years ago in 2004.

During 2 Chainz's new "Crate Talk" YouTube series, music industry vet Steve Stoute revealed Pusha and Pharrell were the masterminds behind, "Ba Da Ba Ba Bah, I'm Lovin' It!"  And the bag's been secured for well over a decade.

Later in their discussion, the Atlanta rapper revealed he chose loyalty over inking a deal with Hip Hop mogul Jay Z. 2 Chainz explained Hov wanted to fly him out for a meeting, but he declined since he couldn't bring his DJ - DJ Tekniks - with him. He said Tek help put him on Hov's radar, so he wanted to bring him with him.

"So after Kanye called everyday, I got a call from Hov," he explained to Stoute. "And Hov was like, 'I want you to come to New York, I heard you making a lot of noise.' And the only reason, to clarify, the only reason that I did not go was because I said, 'Can I bring my buddy Tek with me?' He was like, 'Why you wanna bring your DJ for?' But I'm trying to tell them that bruh helped me get to the point where I'm on your radar, you know what I'm saying? But they were more like, ' You can't go by myself?' I just chose loyalty."

"To get on a flight?," Steve asked

"Yeah. They were sending a jet. And they were like 'Nah, we need you by yourself.' And I just chose to chill out," he explained.

Talk about loyalty.
