Rip Teena Marie! I was a baby when she had hit songs on the radio. I remember my parents playing her songs around the house. This is such a tragedy. Your music is timeless and you were a legend in a class of your own. Probably one of the very few white female artists to sing R&B so good we embraced you as one of our own. Your daughter Alia Rose will carry the torch for you. I love you and your music will live on in our hearts and minds forever.
