The issue is not the shoes nor her body it self. We all have the hand we're dealt and should not be expected to have surgery to fit a particular standard. She could learn to dress her body better. The dress should, instead, be a-line to balance her how and actually be fitted up top and flare at the bottom. I think she is trying to [play up her smallest parts instead.

She doesn't need to change anything! What people need to do is change their attitude about what the "perfect" body is suppose to look like. NO ONE has the perfect body and those who choose nip and tucks there, so be it. However, that doesn't mean everyone is obligated to have one. She looks beautiful, she's doing beautiful things with her life and the last thing she should be concerned about is insecure, shallow people who's self worth is as weak as their intelligence. C'mon, humanity! We can do better than this...

She needs a breast reduction. It would balance her body. She has no hips,waist ,ass or thighs. It makes her look like an upside down pizza.
