And the saga continues. After Dwyane Wade fired off documents this week demanding full custody of his 2 sons and calling Siohvaughn Wade an "unfit mother", she's responded with attacks of her own. According to the Associated Press: "Our client believes that these various papers were filed as retaliation for her legitimate claims filed March 19, 2010 in the Domestic Relations Court in a Petition for Order of Protection regarding the abuse by Mr. Wade dating back to 2006." Just when we thought Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn were working out their divorce amicably at this point, ish just got real ugly. Dwayne has filed a docket of over 300 pages asking for full custody of their 2 sons, ages 8 and 2. And he says it's all because Sioh's an unfit mother. O snap! According to ESPN: Documents obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press show Wade alleges his wife Siohvaughn cannot "be considered a fit and proper person" to raise their children. In more than 300 pages of filings, the All-Star says his wife exhibited threatening behavior, had extramarital affairs, uses abusive parenting methods and is unwilling to let the 2006 NBA finals MVP see his children. "For more than two years, I have tried to make peace with Siohvaughn concerning our divorce and custody of our kids," Wade said in a statement released to The AP. "I no longer believe that's possible. Siohvaughn has consistently attempted to interrupt or prevent me from having visitation time with our boys." Siohvaughn Wade's behavior "has made it evident that she is unstable, dishonest, unbalanced, unwilling to accept responsibility for her actions, not of good character, and therefore, unfit to be a custodial parent," according to the petition. Wow. In breaking news, Lance Gross and Eva Marcille have called it quits! This split comes just months before their July 17th wedding date. Rumors were buzzing around Superbowl time that the two were on the rocks after a huge argument that weekend. And now, they have offered up this joint statement: "Lance Gross and Eva Marcille have mutually decided to end their relationship. The split is completely amicable." It's officially over.  After rumors spun this week that Kim K. and Reggie Bush were dunzo, sources tell E! News today that they are indeed over.  Kim reportedly says the split was "mutual". Kim is going to be in Miami another 2 weeks filming her sisters' reality show, and Reggie has been in NYC for over a week now making his publicity rounds and hitting the club scene. Looks like 2 times weren't a charm.  Last week rumors started brewing that Kim K. and Reggie Bush were on the outs and haven't been together since their recent trip to Costa Rica. Now, reports are coming from a source on the set of Reggie's calendar shoot he did this weekend in NYC--and they say Reggie and Kim are riding on Splitsville Lane.  A source on the set of the photoshoot told Radar Online that Reggie spent the downtime during the 2 hour shoot frantically texting and fighting with "someone" on the phone and was overheard sounding distraught as he spoke about Kim to his friend. Meanwhile, Kim has been in Miami for almost a week now and spent most of the weekend in her bikini on a boat with her sisters and friends. Oddly, no tweets to or from Mr. Bush. Monica and her children's father/rapper Rocko are over and done. A long time relationship and two sons later, Monica was supposedly cheated on. AllHipHop.com's rumor section yesterday had a little tidbit about Rocko smashing some random street chick on the side. All while he's living with and in a serious relationship with Monica. Then late last night, Monica tweeted that they broke up! She says that she and Rocko are indeed over and they will keep the details "personal" while keeping the kids first.
