Jay-Z and Nick Cannon were spotted leaving the Four Seasons in NYC yesterday.  Jay was auctioning off his signed timepiece during the Audemars Piguet and Tony Awards’ after-party.  His watch was under the hammer for $217,800.  Well damn.

Why in the flat, monotone, boring hell did The Dream feel the need to veer away from the falsetto and remake Aaliyah's "One In A Million"?  Yes, it's one of my fave songs of Babygirl's so I may be biased.  But this cover probably shouldn't have been released for the streets.

Alicia Keys' song "Rapture" from the Sex & The City 2 soundtrack is here. This track is actually a cover of the group Blondie who originally sang this song. Alicia had it mixed in with the SATC theme song. And it's one of two tracks she has on the soundtrack. The other is her "Empire State Of Mind II".

Solange Knowles is already hard at work on her next album.  She even rented out a house in Santa Barbara this month so she could get into a certain state of mind while writing and making music.

She'll also be appearing on Nickelodeon's "Yo Gabba Gabba" on May 7th.  I'm sure her 5 year old Julez will love it.

So maybe Nas can't afford Kelis after all.  His lawyer is now petitioning the divorce judge to re-count Nas' dollars since he claims he "makes substantially less" than the $152k/month he owes Ke Ke.

New ATL Housewife Phaedra Parks had her baby shower this past weekend on Derby Sunday at Park Tavern in Atlanta.  All the other Housewives were there and everyone came decked out in hats and flowers and "derby gear".

Lawyer Phaedra and her hubby are expecting a baby boy.  The Bravo cameras were rolling everything was captured.  NeNe was the only one who didn't show up, supposedly because she's still beefing with Dwight.  Was she not invited to his wedding or something?

Kelly Rowland just announced she's readying her 3rd solo studio album and has an official release date. Her yet-to-be-named album will hit stores on September 14th, 2010.
