Yes, we're serious.  Lil Wayne hopped on stage tonight at the taping of the BET Hip Hop Awards and dropped a bomb.  He announced to the Atlanta crowd that he is indeed expecting a son any day now.   He copped the MVP of the Year Award and dedicated it to his daughter Reginae.  And his exact words while accepting his Lyricist Of The Year Award:

I got a son dropping any day, pray for me.

This is way too much confusion for a damn Saturday.  Sources say BET pulled a last minute late night 4AM switch up and replaced Katt Williams with T-Pain as the host of the Hip Hop Awards.  The awards just finished taping in Atlanta and don't air until next Thursday.   But YBF sources all over the scene of the awards tonight say that T-Pain indeed hosted and Katt Williams never hit the stage as planned.    The real drama is the cause of the switch up.  TheYBF.com was told exclusively by an incredibly reliable source that Katt and the BET execs got into it something serious last night, tempers flared, and Katt got fired.  Gotta love the haters huh Kat?.   More of this drama when you read the rest...

So Keisha Knight Pulliam hit up the red carpet for the Max Payne movie last night in the ATL.  And she was rocking a very suspicious ring on that fourth finger left hand: That couldn't look any more like an engagement ring.  A fat rock (yellow diamond by the way) sitting on a narrow simple band--what some folks do when they are waiting to go all out for the fat wedding band attachment.  Interestingly enough, we caught up with Keisha at Essence Fest back in July, and she was rocking the same ring, but on her right hand: You can't fool us Ms. Keisha.  As for who her mystery man may be, we're not sure on that one.  But we do know she's starting a small movie production company with a "male friend" she attended Essence with.  And we did think they seemed a bit chummier than just business partners.  Hmmm... Well it looks like Ms. D. Woods has moved on.  She hit up the MOBO awards in London and even presented an award. Word has it there's a good chance she's looking to bring out her girl group called The Girls Club.

Wow Lamar Odom. We're hearing that the Lakers baller was spotted outside the Palladium in Hollywood after Jay-Z's concert the other night trying his damndest to get at "Heroes" chick Hayden Panettiere. Interesting since she already has a boyfriend, and he's damn near 10 years older than her. Paparazzi sources on the scene say:

The tabloids are dropping a bomb today. Apparently, backstage at T.I.'s Myspace concert a week or so ago, Kanye West and Rihanna got extra cuddly in their dressing room. Here's the scoop:

The BETJ show, Leading Men, recently shot a piece on Common and interviewed two of his DJ's and his manager. Sources on staff at BETJ tell TheYBF.com that when talking to DJ Dummy (yes,dude voluntarily chose that as his stage name), he said that Common is HEAD OVER HEELS in love right now. He says that Common is so in love that his new album Universal Mind Controlis basically all about "this girl".
