Remember the loud 40 year old talkative drama queen Poprah from "I Want To Work For Diddy"?  Well she's getting her own segment on a new show debuting on CW network this summer.  Here's what her reps sent over:

With other on-air projects in the works, Poprah is also lending her expertise and name recognition to a historic new reality show called "The Write Stuff" that will debut during the summer of 2009 in over 20 cities throughout the country on the CW Network. Executive Produced by Cyrus A. Webb of Shadow Play Entertainment and Celebrity Sports & Talent Agent Glenn Toby the show will take 14 contestants who believe they have what it takes to be the next big thing in publishing through challenges that will test whether or not they really have 'the write stuff'. At stake will be a book deal for the winner and over $16,000 in prizes to aide them in making their book a success. "We are excited about Poprah being a part of this project with us," says Webb,33. He first was introduced to Poprah in 2008 as she was competing on I WANT TO WORK FOR DIDDY. "She has alot to offer, and I think she will be a great asset."

Don't know about taking career advice from someone who couldn't win a show about getting a career, but it'll be entertaining nonetheless.  I just know they better not had removed "The Game" for this ish. Brandy turned the big 3-0 yesterday. And she had a party at Nobu in West Hollywood last night: She hid from the paps behind her own paparazzi camera as she arrived to the restaurant.

Now Chris Brown's aunt Christine is hopping in the mix. She called into the same station as Chris' former step-dad and pretty much called step-dad Donnell a liar as he said he never beat Chris' mom. The radio host also pulled court docs saying he was indeed charged with abusing Chris' mom. So he lied to Access Hollywood last night and to folks on the radio. He also told Access Hollywood that he tried to commit suicide a while back because of all the drama in his life and went blind because of it. *blank stare* Something's fishy about all this ish. Christine did defend her nephew and said the step father was horrible to him.

As for the rest of the drama unfolding, word has it Rihanna's working pretty hard with LAPD to build a complete domestic violence case against Chris. So it's now come out that LAPD has already had to deal with Chris on some domestic violence issue. Apparently, the police were called out to his hotel room when people called the cops after hearing screaming and breaking dishes:

"He was fighting with his mom. Neighboring hotel guests alerted security and they came upstairs to the room, saw the broken dishes and the mess, and then asked his mother to leave the room. Police were then called, but charges were not filed as Chris simply paid the hotel bill and left the hotel.”

Kanye West hit up our friends over at Big Boy's Neighborhood yesterday morning to chit chat.

So Chris Brown's ex step-father Donnelle Hawkins called in to a Richmond (Chris Brown's hometown of Tappahanock is not far from there) radio show to clear his name and the abuse allegations by Chris against him. He's still denying it all and says Chris was an angry kid growing up and fought all the time and got away with it. And he's still not surprised that he and Rihanna are in the current assault situation they're in.
