Down in New Orleans, Jay-Z was seen smoking cigars at the Mayan Import Co. with Steve Stoute yesterday.
We're sure Jay is in town to support his wife, Beyonce, who's going to shut Super Bowl XLVII down tomorrow.
And in LA.....
Queen Latifah was seen dining out and enjoying a salad with a friend.
All was going well until she left the eatery in West Hollywood on Melrose Ave and discovered that her Ford Mustang was ticketed.
She hugged her friend goodbye and later spoke to the parking officer who explained that she got a ticket because she was missing a front license plate.
We're sure she drove right over to the DMV to get that handled.
