Ever wondered just how Ciara twerked her way to a high energy live performance? Well she posted a video today to give her fans a peek into how hard she works to put it all together:

Ci is gearing up for her One Woman Army album and is letting her fans in on her rehearsal footage. And this first vid is her Michael Jackson tribute from last month's VH1 Divas. Check it.

Ciara... I'm not a fan of her voice, but she has good songs. As someone else said, she needs to call up JazzPhe for some hit tracks. She's like the female version of Chris Brown. He can't sing either, but he can dance and has catchy songs.
