Kobe and Vanessa Bryant seem to be off to a good start this year with Vanessa making plans to dismiss her divorce petition. Get the details inside....

 

Though Kobe and Vanessa Bryant seemed to be throwing in the towel on their marriage in 2011, the year 2013 is starting out on a much brighter note for the parents of two as Vanessa is making plans to dismiss her divorce petition.

You'll recall that the couple first starting showing strains of marital discord back in 2011 after Kobe's numerous infidelities surfaced.   He even attempted to win her back by signing over 3 of his Newport Beach mansions to her. 

The peace offering seemed to work as the couple spent the most of 2012 patching it up publicly and making family trips to places like Disneyland.

And now Vanessa has a stronger foothold on her own personal finances as she recently sold one of her Newport Beach mansions for a whopping $3.2 million.   And she still has a couple other multi million dollar properties she's holdng on to.

So she's not staying with him (only) for the money....she has her own.  And she stands to get even more if they decide to split afterall.  See....love does conquer all.

After being in relationship

After being in relationship with him for nine years,he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. Uhh...do you really believe the groupies are going away just because he's nearing retirement? That may be true for an average player, but Kobe is the Michael Jordan of our generation. That title alone is going to prompt jumpoffs. Plus, he's a really smart guy (aside from the mistake of not getting a prenup when he was 22). He'll have a steady inflow of money post-basketball to attract plenty of women. The guy already has tons of endorsements and I wouldn't be surprised if he became a NBA owner someday.
