PARTY ON: Brandy, Keyshia Cole, Jill Scott, New Edition & More Set For 2013 ESSENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL

It's that time again.  Stars are lining up on the 2-13 Essence Music Festival schedule.  Check out who was just announced to head down to New Orleans to heat up the summer...

Brandy and Keyshia Cole are just two of the R&B ladies taking over the stage at the New Oleans Superdome this summer at the Essence Music Festival.  It was just announced that they are on the official lineup of one of the biggest indoor music festivals in the country.

And if those two ladies aren't your cup-o-tea, Jill Scott, Maxwell and New Edition have also been named to return to the stage.

The 19th year of the Festival will see the usual musical performers, plus the day-time job fairs, workshops, speakers and more.

The list isn't complete yet, but also on the lineup: Charlie Wilson, LL Cool J, Brandy, Mint Condition, Big Daddy Kane, Blackstreet, Donnie McClurkin, Jody Watley, and Rev. Al Sharpton.

I've only been once and that

I've only been once and that was the yyear after Katrina when it was held in Houston. Although I hated the city I enjoyed the concerts and the workshops and marketplace during the day. I wish I had the money to go this year but I do plan on gettng back there eventually.
