It's interesting we say "we miss him" or "he's gone” almost sounding like he’s dead, but really dude is "gone" like he’s dead wrong for selling his soul for money, recognition, some "Happy Meal" toys, and a passed around girlfriend. I think most would agree that this is not the same guy that came out in 2002-03; the content of his lyrics and music from the beginning of his career just isn't the same. It’s like he regressed from being an intelligent socially conscience artist to being.... whatever he is now allowing his environment to stifle his potential. We might as well just say it, we’ve lost another great hip-hop artist like Tupac and Biggie HE IS GONE; voluntarily checked-out. I just pray he can find his way back. The ONE real true Jehovah will still be there for him and Jesus will still walk with him♥. =’(

I think 'Ye was just trying

I think 'Ye was just trying to spice it up... Word on the streets is that since he's become more pop than many of his fans can deal with (reality TV, going with Kim K) and he seems to be incapable of rapping about anything besides money, clothes and cars, his fanbase just ain't feeling him like they used to so now he's trying to do something new to entice them..Don't know that dressing like an owl is the way to go but if he likes it, I love it. However I do think Yeezy's ship may have sailed (and I was one of the biggest Kanye fans) :-(
