The Carters closed out their weekend with some chill time on the waterfront in Upper Manhattan Sunday night. Pics inside of Beyonce & Jay-Z spending some time with their besties Swizz Beatz & Steve Stoute at the new hotspot La Marina...

Bey & Jay celebrated summer's close last night with D'USSE Cognac cocktails at the new sexy Hudson River waterfront restaurant and lounge La Marina.

The fab mom and superstar Beyonce made a (lately) rare nightspot appearance rocking a figure hugging Roberto Cavalli Mixed Animal Print sheath dress and black and gold Charlotte Olympia Dolly pumps. Looking gorgeous as usual.

She snapped pics with a young fan, as well as the co-owner of La Marina, Fernando Mateo.

Swizz Beatz and Hov smoked cigars and kicked it with Memphis Bleek, Ebro of Hot 97 and friends.

And Jay's right hand business man Steve Stoute chilled out with NY Knicks baller Baron Davis and the fellas. Fab times!

How can she be so beautiful

How can she be so beautiful yet never seems to dress right and ALWAYS looks cheap. Nobody can believe she's a multimillionaire, she always looks ghetto. Unlike her sister... She should ask her sister some fashion tips. I don't care if Solange tries hard or is irrelavant, that woman CAN DRESS and she needs to teach her older sister how to do so. But in Beyonce's defense, most of talented female singers can't dress to save their lives: Mariah Crey, Fantasia, Patti Labelle, Aretha Franklin, Adele and so on... Others focus too much on thei fashion and not on their vocal coach sessions lol ( Rihanna (love u but it's true), cassie, Ashanti, etc...).

Why is it when some people

Why is it when some people wear animal print it immediately reminds me of a older woman like Peggy Bundy from Married w/ Children or an older woman trying to be young? Looking like an older woman trying to be young but the whole time looking cheap and tacky! Very few people call pull off Animal print w/ zebra leopard and cheetah going on. Beyonce No Ma'am! That dress is Horrid and it makes her look like that older looking woman I was refering too.
