Solange Knowles looked absolutely stunning at last night's amfAR Milano Gala.  In a cut-out cowl-back stark white Rubin Singer gown with long draped fabric over the shoulders for an extra dramatic effect, the singer/DJ/fashionista pretty much had us in awe with the glammed up simplicity.

She may have recently only turned 26, but Solange has got the sophisticated glam look down to a tee as she hits up events surrounding Milan Fahsion Week.

The younger Knowles sister arrived to the La Permanente venue in Milan rocking her 'fro that we love and a bold red lip that looks amazing with her skin.  It all complimented her white gown, gold jewelry and gold Jimmy Choo Loila sandals.
 

Inside the event, Solo hit the black carpet and posed it up with her celebrity friends:

She kicked it with fellow DJ Mark Ronson, who hit the turntables at the event, and rapper Theophilus London.

And she sat at the table of the host of the evening, designer Kenneth Cole.

This is the fourth annual amfAR Milano Gala, which raises money to support amfAR's life-saving HIV/AIDS research initiatives. Tables for 12 were upwards of $80,000, while individual tickets began at $2500.
