Chad Johnson was officially charged with battery today. Details inside...

After his arrest last month for head butting his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, ex-Miami Dolphin Chad Johnson was just charged for battery by the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida. If convicted, according to TMZ, dude is headed to the slammer for a year if he gets the max penalty.

Meanwhile, Chad still refuses to sign those divorce papers Evelyn handed to him. I doubt any tattoo or pleas of love will change her mind at this point Chad.

By the way, he tweeted the above pic this week and said, "Up for adoption... family with good credit preferably..." Ha!

The one think I actually like

The one think I actually like about Chad, is his sense of humor, it will go along way toward getting him through his ordeal. Being optimistic is always more beneficial to your well being than not! Pray he gets help though Evelyn isnt perfect and she sure isnt a saint but no one deserves abuse man or woman. And in the words of Oprah, when people show you themselves believe them the first time don't let money blindside you because when you do in the end, you lose.

I'm really starting to get WORRIED about CHAD's MENTAL STABILITY!! He DOESN'T seem to be taking EVERYTHING that has happened SERIOUSLY!
