Usher FILES MOTION To BLOCK Tameka's Request For Child Custody RE-TRIAL

With Tameka Raymond hoping to reopen their child custody battle that she lost recently, singer Usher has filed a motion that he hopes will prevent that from happening. Deets inside...

According to TMZ, Usher Raymond has filed a motion he hopes will stop Tameka Raymond's bid to get a new trial in their child support case.

Tameka is claiming that since Usher's lawyer previously gave campaign contributions to the judge in their case, his ruling was biased. So she wants another shot at proving her case.

Usher cried foul claiming that her motion was "an assault on the integrity of the court." He argues that it would be time-consuming for every judicial case to be reversed simply because of campaign contributions.

He added that the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted."

Goodness. We'll see how this turns out......

I understand this is a blog

I understand this is a blog and we are only know what the media wants us to know. Also entitled to our opinions but None of us know these people personally and it we are entitled to our to speak our minds. But what is sad is that people are so judgmental and have so much to say about this woman. You guys call her money hungry and are praising that she lost her kids and she got what she deserves. No one should ever have to endure not being able to have access to their child. Especially a mother that carried that baby and gave birth and nurtured that baby. It takes a lot of bitterness to want to strip a woman of her right to raise a child that she brought into the world. How can you praise that. It a tragedy as well because these boys are going to have a void in their life. This woman filed for joint custody and that is the how it should have remained. I feel so sorry for the little boys because someone did not think of their feelings but being selfish and though of their own not considering the how this will play out. It is nothing better than a mothers love and a fathers love. None of us have walked in Tameka's shoes nor have we walked in Ushers shoes.

You make it seem like Usher is going to disappear and Tameka will NEVER see her boys again!! She stills has some CUSTODIAL RIGHTS & will be able to play an ACTIVE role in her sons life!! I greatly respect Usher and his Family, but, honestly, I knew before the Judge had rendered a decision on his behalf, that he would get full custody of his children. Also, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the Court System would “Reopen” this case because after all, it’s all about the Paper! -- I think that we (The People) need to pay more attention to our Court Systems!...
