WE REMEMBER: HAPPY 49th Birthday Whitney Houston!

Today is the 49th birthday of the late great Whitney Houston. Come inside and celebrate her smile and other great moments in her life....

Today, we're remembering the great things about one of the first YBF Chicks we remember dancing on our tvs, with a pop style and singing with the most soul-ful of voices. We remember her smile and her voice and more.

She gave us the most memorable version of our national anthem, some of the greatest love songs of all time and some pretty funny one-liners throughout her career.

In honor of her legacy, her daughter Bobbi Kristina and Bobbi's "partner" Nick Gordon got tattoos.  BK tweeted, Tat tat tatted YURP.. ;) now your truly ALWAYS with us mommy (: we love you @nickdgordon always&forever{<3}

She also said, Once it hits 12 am mommy it's your birthday&amp;I am going2celebrate it2thee fullest! Bc YOU deserve it damn it, YOU deserveNothingburtheBEST!
