In shocking new court docs, Tameka Raymond makes claims that Usher didn't care about her dead son Kile Glover and his attempts to postpone their court case are a "sham." Deets inside.....

Tameka Raymond has filed court docs, according to TMZ, that accuse Usher of using the death of her son, Kile Glover, to gain the sympathy of his fans and the media.   While Usher's lawyer asked the court to delay the next hearing because Usher felt the trial would cause "unnecessary stress and strain" for himself, Tameka and their two minor children "in the immediate wake of this tragedy," Tameka called the claim B.S.  

Usher himself fears Tameka will have a disadvantage, according to his claims, as the court may not rule against a grieving mother and he could lose custody of the children.

Meanwhile, in her responding docs, Tameka says Usher's claims of suffering "stress and strain" are "BOGUS."   "[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once" during his 15 days on life support, she said.

She also claims he refused to put out a tweet saying "Please pray for Kile", but did find time to tweet about his breakfast.   Sigh......

As it stands, Usher does not want to be in court on August 13 (their next date) but Tameka is geared up to start back fighting.  Tameka also says the only way she can heal is to put this custody battle behind her.
