Kelly Rowland got her workout on yesterday in LA.  The singer had an intense boxing session with a trainer.  And now we see how she keeps that perfect bod in shape.

Afterwards, she was spotted walking down the street with friends.

Those friends turned out to be LaLa and Po.  Taping for La's "Full Court Life" show was in progress we're sure...

The ladies hit a few stores on Melrose Avenue.  Including their girl Kim K.'s DASH boutique.  Of course.

The upcoming star of the No Good Deed film Taraji P. Henson arrived at LAX airport in Los Angeles yesterday in a casually fab look of a sheer black bouse, black leggings & a striped blazer.

Taraji's travel outfit was simple yet chic.  Looking good T!
