Chris Brown and girlfriend Karrueche Tran were spotting out on Tuesday. And he ran into Chanel Iman at the studio. See pics inside.....

Chris Brown, shown above with Chanel Iman, is celebrating the release and success of his new album Fortune. He tweeted a cute pic of Chanel with him in the studio on Tuesday, the day of the album release.

Later on that night, Breezy and girlfriend Karrueche Tran were spotted leaving Hyde Nightclub in Hollywood to party and celebrate.

And Kae repped for her man posting Itunes links to his album and asking fans to support. And also posted this pic of his Fortune celebration cake and tweeted, "Congrats Papi Chulo":

The album is set to debut at #1 next week in the US with sales topping 140K. Are you feeling his newest LP?

I never cared for Chris' FAME

I never cared for Chris' FAME album upon hearing it but in time it grew on me. I think the same goes for his new album as well. I love C Breezy tho'!

Being that he's about to sell

Being that he's about to sell half of what he did with F.A.M.E. in the first week, this album doesn't seem to be much of a success yet.

Damn, gotta love that

Damn, gotta love that KockaRoach, she has stuck by Chris for a hot minute. Granted, she is the only "model" that I have never seen in anything but instagram. I hope Chris got Chanel (why was she at the studio?) number, maybe she can put his girl on even if she is five-foot nothing. I hope Chris will take his new rapping career seriously (even if we don't) because I am tired of seeing him dance his heart out on stage while lip syncing. Though most rappers don't dance..hmm this will be interesting. Love you Chris and I wish you and Kock-A-Doodle-Do the best. Take it easy on the Ace of Spades bottles!

I love Chris' music, his new album is gggggreat! Also, his girlfriend always seems so basic. Like, what is she wearing? Girl, your going to your mans album release party act you give a fuck polish yourself up. Her hair looks all thin and stringy. Not a good mama.
