Carmelo Anthony GETS WAXED In NYC, LaLa & Kiyan CELEBRATE!

Last night in NYC, tourist attraction Madame Tussauds unveiled a wax sculpture of NY Knick baller Carmelo Anthony. And it's un-freaking-canny as usual. See pics of his wife LaLa and son Kiyan celebrating with him inside....

The next time Carmelo Anthony fans visit NYC's Time Square, they'll be able to get up close and personal with him at Madame Tussauds. Last night, he was joined by wife LaLa Anthony and son Kiyan at the official unveiling of his wax statue.

He revealed that he had to pose for six hours for the figure's sculptors. And they got the tatts and all.

He tweeted fans, I am truly honored. I appreciate all my fans who came out to support. Once in a lifetime experience! Wow!

LaLa was clearly smitten as she got kissy with the sculpture.

Everything Lala does with Carmelo is staged. He is always standing as far from her as he possibly can. He looks royally disinterested in her and everything involving her. Lala is constantly speaking about Carmelo to Kiyan because Carmelo is absent like a mug. Kiyan wants SO badly to have his dad around and to be like his dad because his sad mother cannot keep his daddy's name out of her mouth. I sincerely hope Kiyan doesn't grow up with a complex because his dad was detached from their family and his mother was more concerned about being Carmelo's wife and the mother to Carmelo's child than being herself and focusing on Kiyan. I'm surprised that Dice and Po aren't in the frame. It seems like she spends more time with them than she does her husband or child. Then again, all of it is for the cameras.
