Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union were spotted partying and celebrating in Miami all weekend. See pics inside and find out what Chris Bosh's baby's mom Allison Mathis had to say about her financial woes.

The NBA World Champion Miami Heat celebrated their win with Prestige Sundays at Bamboo Miami. The official NBA Championship Party was held in conjunction with House of Wade and DJ Griot.

NBA Executive Pat Riley was amongst the NBA legends who partied with Dwyane and his boo Gabby.

In baby momma drama....

Allison Mathis, Chris Bosh baby momma, has spoken about her financial woes and her fragile relationship with Chris. She revealed that the pregnancy was Chris' idea and he actually paid for fertility treatments when she had a hard time getting pregnant before finally having their daughter Trinity.

“Chris really wanted us to have a baby, that's why he had me go to a fertility doctor. I followed the treatment and we eventually became pregnant. He was very happy when Trinity was born.”

She also told Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra, that she doesn’t understand why Bosh is ignoring her financial woes since she lost her job last month and faces foreclosure and applied for public assistance. She claims Chris has spent at least $2 million on lawyers to keep his child support payments at $2,600 a month.

Although Chris has not made mention of Allison's financial woes, he appeared on "Live With Kelly" this morning where he said he was happy his daughter appeared on the float with him for the championship parade. He also revealed that he taped the Big 3 interview with Oprah yesterday after the parade and he read the book BLINK in order to help him prepare for the finals.

I think it's stupid to pay a lawyer $2M dollars to keep from paying more child support when you could had put that $2M in a trust fund and while it's accumulating interest you could make child support payments from the interest of the Trust Fund and if you needed to increase the monthly payments you could without it even comin directly out of your pocket I could really teach these celebs a thing are two.

Honestly, he can afford to pay more in child support. If the child is living with the mother, he has to contribute to the child's needs financially. That means, day care/school, clothing, food, shelter, etc. And if she lost her job that means she can contribute anything. So if her rent/mortg is between 1500/2000 and daycare is 1000 she'll need more $$ now. Normally the courts will not remove a child from the mother unless she is a crackhead. His child's mother has fallen on hard times. But look at what happened with Wade's ex, when you have money and fame the courts will side with you!

I don't get why she is upset with Chris? He is paying her $2600 a month! Why is it necessary to speck publicly. Its not. This should be handled in the court room. If you feel you are not being paid enough and your daughter is not being well taken care of take it to the courtroom and hush. Most people can live off of $2600 and be fine. It's obvious by many of these

It's obvious by many of these posts that some people are real ignorant to how the child support system works. Most men pay somewhere in the range of 15 to 18% of their after-tax income. My husband pays roughly $1500 a month and his mother's daughter has had it increased twice in the past 13 years. But he's okay with it because although she does not live with us, she lives a comparable lifestyle. So, I'm not quick to judge because you never know what really happened between the two of them, but paying for fertility treatments so she can have a baby sounds like they were playing house without the ring.

Anyone that feels sorry for this chick should read their public court docs. The amount was actually LOWERED to $2600 after it was determined he was basically paying for everything Trinity related. She's never had a job, car, or house of her own until she met him. And the only reason her house is in foreclosure (which is debateable) is becuase she used the house money on a down payment instead of flat out buying one. Oh...and he bought her car, furnished the house, carries the kid on the insurance, and has offered to pay $2K more per month if she would take her lazy ass to school or get a FULL time job. The "job" she got laid off from was her uncle's company but she was unable to provide any paystubs to the court to prove she ever worked there. #research

Child support is for the support of the household that the child resides in due to the absence of the other parent but I truly believe she is taking it overboard. Hopefully, the unfairness of these exorbitant child support(adult support) payments would now dawn on women, as they increasingly become victims to the same schemes. Folks like TO are being sent into bankruptcy with these crazy payments. Diddy pays his 3 baby mamas $30,000/month/child. And to most women, it seems fair because they hate that he is a player. A judge made NAS pay fellow celeb kelis $45,000/month. Many other athletes and entertainers are victims of this practice that first bankrupts them, then turns them into criminals. Anywho, if $2,500.00 spending money is not enough for chris bosh's baby mama, after Mr. bosh has paid all other expenses concerning his child, she should give him full custody of the child so she could have more time to "gold dig" somewhere else.

I suspect that Chris' plan is to "starve out" this situation. Her lack of stability makes her look like an unfit mother -- unable to provide food, clothing, shelter, safety -- thus, he's able to apply for full custody (Alison gets visitation). Unless she becomes a millionaire, she'll never be able to obtain full custody again (Alison will be unable to provide the same standard of care; even if she makes $100,000 per year in income). You get it? I believe is sole purpose is to get FULL CUSTODY -- that's HIS child. Alison, on the other hand, is just the gestational carrier. And Oprah, how do you even place someone with these types of family issues on your show -- regardless if he is a "champion"? Performance and character are not the same thing.

Chris Bosh wants to raise his daughter and have primary custody.... Chris Bosh must have a good reason legally for his position in this matter. For this precious little girl, I hope that the parents resolve their issues and that when the day comes and emotionally she needs their joint support they will be able to say, we love you Trinity and we both wanted you 100% and we both want to give you the best life. In this case, my personal opinion is allow Trinity to live with Chris so that she can be sure to benefit and be apart of being provided for. This would allow her mother to develop herself a career, establish her financial independence from wanting money from Chris. I think she attempted to play Chris Bosh, and it ended their relationship on a very sour note! Chris is not going to be a bad influence on Trinity nor will he keep Trinity from loving her Mother and seeing her often. Chris is just not, unless forced by the courts, going to be buying houses and cars for Trinity's mom. Chris is going to pay for private schools for Trinity, clothes, and he has a wife who will treat Trinity in a loving and caring way, who is not trying to be anything other than a good stepmother. So Allison, you need to try a different attitude when dealing with Chris, to soften his heart and forgiveness for whatever is the true problem. That says a lot that a man would spend millions to fight for his daughter. There is a good reason he does not want to give Allison Mathis extra money to provide for Trinity.

I would hope that a multi-millionaire would want his/her child to have and live under The Best circumstances and conditions. Basic child support is around 17% of a person's salary, unless the judge awards a lesser or higher amount. Soooooooo if a person's salary is let's say $3 million per year - $3,000,000 x 17% = $510,000 divided by 12 is $42,500 per month) - Do the math!!

Sorry, child support is based on net income after required taxes and health insurance deductions and based on a percentage deduction set by the court. Child support is for the support of the child not to take care of the mother and her life style. Baby momma need to get a job and stop watching Chris' money.
