NBA baller Tony Parker has filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit against the club where Chris Brown's and Drake's camps brawled! Deets inside.....

Tony Parker, who sustained an injury to his cornea during the Chris Brown/Drake fight, is suing the club where it all went down. In a lawsuit filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday, Tony claims the W.i.P club in downtown Manhattam was negligent in security and supervision, resulting in his injury.

Now, the 2012 Summer Olypmpic team member wants to club to pay him $20M for his pain and suffering! And with the injury to his cornea briefly sidelining him in Paris, the baller seems to have a good case.

It's the club's fault some ignorant patrons broke the law? The people you need to sue, if anyone, are the people that caused the injury. FYI The doorman on duty stated that Chris Brown was the only one on their list to enter the club. Drake & his goons plus Meek Mills came there and the doorman said wow there not enough security to have all of them there. He will testifiy also. My thoughts are I hope they bum rushed their way in the club. All the finger pointing is toward Drake. Now Meek Mills I believe they saw on the video. Can't say what they saw because they are still looking into it. YMCM said they will stand by Drake but their money comes first.

Tony Parker gets paid over 12 milli a year. His eye injury that has yet to heal, he does not know the exact extent of his injury. He is a point guard, he needs the ability to see well to do his job. If his eye doesn't heal properly he may be unable to work again. Pain and suffering aside, he is only suing for two years salary of his which is not much in the scheme of things. It wouldn't be frivolous for tony to sue for 100 milli because that is the amount of money he could potential lose. And who's to say he won't miss the Olympics. I've have a scratched cornea...nothing at all to play with. Club owner have liability insurance for a reason...and this is one of them. I'm sure he won't get the 20 milli but is about the principle of the situation.

How is it Tony Parker just so happened to be the only person in the club who has sustained an injury? I feel like his star was dimming & he is using his presence in the club to garner more publicity. Many will discredit this claim by saying he is a star athlete. This is true, but he is no "celebrity".If there is a severed cornea tissue or damage to the opthalmic nerve you would think he wouldn't be on a press conference a day after.

If I get an eyelash in my eye, it kills me so I can only imagine what glass feels like and it could have been a lot worse. He probably is suing the club because he doesn't know who hit him. The club is liable for anything that occurs in their establishment; therefore, WIP is responsible.

The US legal system makes it possible for someone like Tony Parker to say "who can I sue" and lawyers can provide a cherry list and he will pick the option that will not provide any backlash. Will he get $20 million, absolutely not. Will it probably be settled for another amount, yes. The whole point, he can someone, so he will and its not Drake or Chris Brown's circle but a club that does not have layers and layers of lawyers that will protect them the same way a record company has access to resources. That's it in a nutshell. Its basically bullsh*t to sue the club.

What you just said was stupid given that a major record company aims to protect everything in their possession through copyrights, fraud, loss of major revenues, etc.
