While Chris Bosh continues to "ball" both literally and financially, the lawyer for his baby momma Allison Mathis claims she has applied for food stamps and is about to lose her house. Get the deets inside and find out what Lil' Wayne had to say about Summer Jam.

Orlando family law attorney Jane E. Carey is making some shocking claims on behalf of her client, Allison Mathis (Chris Bosh' baby momma). She said that Allison was laid off from her gig as a secretary and has applied for federal food assistance. Meanwhile, her home is in foreclosure. And while Chris gives her $2,600 a month in child support, he won't offer he anymore assistance.

And what about him wanting to take his daughter to the Summer Olympics?

“He wants to take his daughter across the world for a photo op,” said Jane. “It’s just for a photo op. He doesn’t care. He hasn’t been decent to my client and his daughter.”

Based on Chris' current salary of $18M, Allison should be getting about $30,000-a-month in child support. Jane is now trying to get the figure adjusted.

“My client just lost her job and applied for food stamps for her and Mr. Bosh’s daughter. She’s about to be foreclosed on, he won’t help her and all he wants to do is go to London with his daughter. Are kidding?”

So far....Chris has not responded to the claims.

2,600 a month is more than

2,600 a month is more than enough to take care of a child. First of all she should have waited until he put a ring on her finger and said i do before she started giving up the nookie for a baby, just because a man gets a woman pregnant does not mean he's gonna take care of you for the rest of you life. The Hispanic chic was smart, she got the ring first then got the baby (Money in the Bank). So what she got layed off her job as a secretary! Go get another one. and besides that, if she's getting 2600 a month pluse her check, how in the hell are you behind on your bills and house getting foreclosed on? there should be some money saved up in the bank somewhere. We all know that with 2600 a month you can cloth, feed, and pay for daycare with that and still have money left over at least a 1000 or more, i have never seen a 3yr old child that needs 2600 a month, 9 times out of ten not all the money goes on the baby but on the mother. i read where one reader said that if he wants to take his daughter to London this summer he should also pay for the mother to go as well. Errrrrrr! you must have been smoking that good stuff. What Hispanic or Black woman is gonna stand there and let her husband bring his EX alone with them on a family vacation and not have a earring removal time. Besides, that's why she's called the EX and should know how to play her roll and stop trying to be a baller. As for wanting 30,000 a month, that Helfa most be out her everlasting damn mind! she must not want to go back to work, trying to stay at home and go shopping everyday and get another dude that she can take care of well Bosch to take care of. This chic just needs do what thousands of young black single mothers out here have done and are doing, cut your losses and move on with your life, i know a lot of single mothers that would love to get that 2600, there's some kats out here that want even pay a dime on their child and got the money. I'm sure as the child gets older Bosch will make sure she gets whatever she wants and needs.

Someone said he paid for her fertility treatments, well if that is true, then why did she opt to be a bm instead of a wife then mother? He obviously wanted a wife cause he has one now. Women need to raise their standards and stop settling for dudes just cause they have money. Btw I live in orlando and I morgage a two-story, two car garage, nice size back yard, 3bed/2.5 bath and that plus car bills and the bills you get from almost owning a home don't add up to 2g's. and my home is only 5 yrs old and I do it on my own, as a single, black educated, women. Granted my car in a 2001 and paid off, but hat just means I live within my means. So don't say that orlando is too high. But theres a lot more to this story I'm sure, and like others have said, child support in addition to what the primary care giver provides. the kid is more than likely under bosh insurance so thats taken care of. Kids don't survive off of daddy's money and mommy's love, it's both of their responsibilites.

Good for you sugar however the bottom line is his child is supposed to be afforded the same luxuries in life that he, his wife and other child are. So yes, it is Allison's responsibility to take care of her child however he legally should be paying a WHOLE lot more to help her do that.

sorry, CHILD support is not put into effect to pay for someone's luxuries. and no, the CHILD is a CHILD and cannot decide if it needs luxuries or not. It is the parents that give luxuries to their children. child support is put into effect so that their is equal financial support from parents who are no longer involved. That money goes towards the child's school, food for the child, clothing for the child, medical expenses for the child, saving for college for the child and anything else that is a necessity for the child's development. A 4br house with a 3 car garage and a pool, gucci shoes and a Bently for the child's mother is NOT part of child support. and i feel a mother who is not working or doing anything to support her self or contribute to her child but wants 30k in child support needs a slap in the face because she's a damn disgrace.

I'm all for parents taking care of their children, but from what WAS WRITTEN IN THIS ARTICLE, let me say it again THIS ARTICLE she's a secrtetary and single mom how can she afford a morgage? (well if its forclosed I guess she can't) but this sounds like she's trying to live out of her means, b/c with $2600/month plus her check that's more than enough to live a comfy life with. That's exactly why you don't have kids if you can't afford them and if its unavoidable YOU have to make the right accommodations to make sure YOUR child is taken care of cause YOU can't always depend on the other parent. Who knows it might come out that the child isn't his and he made the same agreement Ne-Yo did by helping her care for her; maybe she alredy recieved a lumpsome and gets monthy checks; or maybe like Sheree she took some money and they judge feels as though she got wha she needs. I don't know what's going on nor do I pretend to, but if this is what the judge decided on I'm sure they had reason, cause who the hell would risk such a public disbarment hearing for being paid off? The only ones that know the truth are bosh and her.

It is more ridiculous to me that you look for you child's father to "save you.". If you have fallen off track, and need to get back on your feet, it seems that allowing yor child to temporarily love with another lovig parent makes more sense. Most rich people I know that have children, also have accommodations for their child. I know the world is not perfect, but it seems that the parent that is stable, loving, and willing should have the child until the primary can get it together. Another thing.. Why would you get with someone that was doing it like that and somehow not develop some sort of hustle for yourself? Why is she still a secretary? I know a lot of women that don't get any child support and are holding it down a little better.

I think some ppl are missing the point. I definitely am not one to agree with anyone trying to make a come up off of a baby just because a person is rich. For the most part you put the stress of low child support, and fighting and stressing in court on yourself, however i do beleive if she lost her job and is in foreclosure, either take responsibility of your daughter until she gets back on her feet or provide just enough for your daughter's needs whether it's clothes, shelter, food, extra activites, etc. Because honestly would you want to see your daughter living in a shack and can barely have food and being supported by the government or your daughter living comfortably like her dad. It really would look stupid by you living in a mansion with 6 cars and your daughter barely making it with food stamps and in an apartment. I mean REALLY?

Why doesn't Bosh increase the amount of money he provides for his daughter each month so that she will have a stable home to live in and is guaranteed wholesome meals? He can provide just enough money to support these needs as well as the other obvious necessities such as clothing. All of that can be done solely to protect his daughter's well-being. It just doesn't seem right for his children (daughter and son) to have different standards of living if they share a father that makes quite a plethora of money each year. Just saying.

She is going on record saying that she about to lose her home, has gotten laid off, and is having to resort to applying for food stamps(side eye), this clearly means that she is in no position at this time to properly care for (financially) their daughter! Must be a fear tactic because I can't map out in my mind how he would win custody given the history of the case. And, I'm sure the lawyer that the mother of his child has this time has the smarts to put an end to all those frivolous cases he keeps filing. This is a complicated case. My understanding is has been dragged through three different states. Does anyone know which state has jurisdiction? If she has lived in Florida for the past six months my guess is Florida is the home state.

Chris Bosh ex didn't have to go and apply for food stamps her pride shouldn't have let her do that, but I think she wanted him to be publicly embarrassed. What she don't know is that won't humiliate him into giving up more money, it will just encourage him to seek full custody of his daughter so that him and his new wifey can raise her and cut the baby momma out of the picture altogether. All she has to do is go back to court and petition for more child support and if she is due an increase the judge will award it to her.

Unless you know something that the rest of us don't, it is doubtful he would win custody. At the same time I do sympathize with some of these Dad's paying for child support. Some of these states...wow, that's all I'm gonna say. On the flip side there are other states that let the Dad's get off lightly.

It is highly doubtful that he would win full custody based on the history of this case. And, if he did file a frivolous case, in most states, the court will allow the winner to seek damages. As many times as he has dragged her into court so far I'm shocked she didn't put an end to that buy suing each time she won. Once again it makes me highly suspect of the first lawyer she had. She should of put an end to all of the frivolous cases after he dragged her into court the first time. The lawyer appears to be aware of the law.

What a mess as far as the Chris Bosh situation. I agree that he doesn't owe the mother anything, but that is his child. Hopefully he is doing more for that child instead of writing checks for her every month-- there's more to being a father than acting like an ATM machine. Second, Wayne is full of it-- "Respecting Women?" Since when?? Maybe his definition of respecting women is different from most people or maybe he says what he does in his songs and interviews to sell records and he's not the shallow, brainwashed industry negro he comes across as.
