COUPLEDOM: Tracy & Alonzo Mourning GET KISSEY On Miami Beach

Nothing like a day at the beach with your honey. Former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning celebrated his former team making it to the NBA Finals by hitting the beach. And he had his gorgeous wife Tracy and their kids along for the fun.

Real basketball wife Tracy Morning soaked up the sun this weekend on Miami Beach in this super cute pink ruffled bikini. And chick is a 43-year-old with 3 kids (she had her youngest, Alijah, at 40). She is looking FABULOUS.

The couple brought their youngins--sons Alonzo (Trey) and Alijah and daughter Myka Sydney--to the beach for an eventful day. Daddy Alonzo helped the kiddies bury a dead fish and Alonzo also was spotted helping an older man up after he was knocked down by a wave. Class act that guy.

And Tracy & Alonzo had some fun playing around:

42-year-old Alonzo clearly had eyes for nobody but his wife of 15 years. And we can't even blame him.

Gosh when I was 19, I was

Gosh when I was 19, I was balancing enjoying campus life and studying, strolling around NYC in the summertime and partying in places where I should not have been permitted. Kids these days go from playing videogames to apparently spending hours surfing blogs, oggling over other people's lives. Every time I check into this website I see dozens of comments from Furious- something. It makes me so sad to know that you are only 19 and spending hours online. Shouldn't you be studying? At an internship? Heading to brunch with friends? Going for a run in the park? Planning a summer vacation - even if its just a road trip? So so sad. Yikes.

I just came back from the Vineyard this weekend and I'm going out later tonight with my MAN and my friends. I can post on a blog and do many other things in a day. I'm part of the Social Networking generation we were raised on the computer and using devices. I have many devices that I can post on and I get updates so what is your point? I'm never on blogs on the Weekend or past 6pm during the week. You people are so funny. I'm in perfect shape and not anything close to being FAT. I'm cellulite FREE. I bet you're not. You wish you could be me and have my life so stop inventing fiction so you can feel better about your life. Not at my expense. What a joke you are!

Best comment yet!!! Furious claims to know all this inside information on "non pedestrian" and “pedestrian” people but really don’t know who this man is, crazy. Being young has no excuse, like someone said google it. There is a world outside of Rihanna. The poster was harsh but most of Furious comments are negative. If you didn’t know these people are why couldn’t she just say “nice family”? I was just shocked that she didn’t say anything about cellulite since she went in on Puffy’s baby mother when she was at the beach.
