Transgender Model & Former "ANTM" Contestant Isis King LANDS American Apparel Campaign

Isis King, a transgender model and former "ANTM" contestant is one of the faces of American Apparel's latest ad campaign. And is the first transgender model to rock out for the company's print ads. Get the deets and pics inside.....

US based American Apparel has teamed up with GLAAD for a new line of quality tees for LGBT Pride Month. For the campaign, the company has hired former "ANTM" contestant and transgender model Isis King.

And making a purchase of the tees doubles as a good cause since 15% of all proceeds from the shirts benefits GLAAD's work to share stories that build support for equality. American Apparel employees will also join GLAAD staff in LGBT Pride marches across the country in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco.

It’s time for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, to accept each other and thrive in harmony. We hope everyone comes out and joins us," said Marsha Brady, a creative director for American Apparel.

"American Apparel is showing bold leadership by being among just a few companies to include transgender people in its national ads,” said GLAAD President Herndon Graddick. “

Isis is featured in a series of shots featuring slogans that will hopefully foster more acceptance of the LGBT community.

Homosexuals have an agenda

Homosexuals have an agenda and it is to make everyone homos, just like them. They are forcing their sexuality on others and they create their own problems. Think about it they are trying to take over classic American icons such as superheroes, they are trying to take over the American boy scouts and they are trying to enforce teachers to explain gay sex in sex education classes. People might as well be having sex with animals cuz that's whats next. Homos have taken over women's fashion. I have a question are most

I have a question are most people really comfortable at the root of their soul with seeing young people (gay & straight because that's who will be buying them) wearing these t-shirts? Let's say you're at Disneyland, the park, grocery store with your kids minding your own business and you just see random people walking around wearing these shirts are you REALLY comfortable with this? It's funny how the bandwagon is people don't want to step on any toes or offend anyone and at the root of MOST people this is very unnerving. Our children are growing up in a very corrupt immoral world anyway not just because of this overly pushed gay agenda there are other things happening that play a role in the corruption of our morals and foundation however we have to put words to what this really is it's not just about loving your neighbor and accepting people for who they are because most Christians already live this way believe it or not (who do you think are praying for homosexuals and what is happening in our society? It's not evil spirited people I tell you that). But when you continue to push campaigns and agendas and make something a fad this is where the problem comes in because you're trying to tell me you were born this way but what's the point of having to convince everyone so heavily that this is natural? If it was natural it would just be natural there would be no title "LGBT" wouldn't even need to exist. If you are comfortable and can buy homes, adopt children, come and go as you please, give PDA in public with no violence aimed at you, have surgeries to turn yourself from a man to a woman and vice versa and may other human rights I've noticed gay people DO have than what is it you really want? Respect (you get that) Acceptance (you have that) Love (you get that). I'm confused which causes me to believe this isn't only about marriage or acceptance it's about an agenda to ruin and corrupt the next generation and with campaigns like this they will do a good job at succeeding with some but not all. Because until the end of time when Jesus comes back there will always be pack, a remnant of those who hold true to the word of God with fierce unwavering faith the Bible promises of this. Jump on the bandwagon and dismiss what you know is right in your heart all you want but there will always be a group of people that will not agree or sway on this topic and that's just the way it is. I'm so sick of non mfing factors telling me I'm living in sin because I'm gay. It seems like being gay is the only "sin"(alleged) that black folk are passionate about. I hear your frustration. However, I think you should be just as angry with your gay counterparts who exploit homosexuality to get attention. Most Americans are NOT harassing or discriminating against gays. Gays have every right in America (the right to vote, work, SPEAK, etc), except they cannot legally marry in most states. Gays are not satisfied with civil unions that will grant them the necessary benefits to a secure life together. They make so much noise about wanting to add their mate to their health insurance, but refuse a civil union which will allow them to do that. They want Americans to VALIDATE them by virtue of MARRIAGE. What will you vow? Because the traditional vows are to the God who destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of homosexuality and whose Word speaks blatantly against homosexuality. I think this is the issue. My brother is gay and I have at least two first cousins who are gay (they are sisters). I love them dearly. However, their lifestyle goes against the natural order of the universe. And, according to my God, it is a sin.

It's amazing to me that the people against Christians using the Bible as a reference to why Homosexuality is a sin, are the same ones using the Bible to say don't judge. You can't have it both ways. Clearly most people who use the Bible to say don't judge or the ones who have never sat down to read the Bible and are using the one phrase they've heard others say. Believing in God and His word is not judging. It is simply stating that I am a Christian and I believe in God's word. I believe that God says Homosexuality is a sin. This topic isn't about Fornication, lying, adultery, or stealing. If it was, I'd say the same things. Those are sins too! Any of those sins are an abomination to the Lord. Fornication is an abomination. Homosexuality is an abomination. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord. Those who point the finger at someone living a homosexual lifestyle as you live with your boyfriend, how are you different? You're not! I am not different than anyone living a homosexual lifestyle! The Bible says we ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. However, there is a difference in me and others. I believe that these action, these lifestyles are sins. So therefore I don't engage in them. And if I should fall into sin, I know that God is faithful and just to forgive me of my sins and cleanse me from that unrighteousness. But if you don't believe that your lifestyle is full of sin, then you ask for no forgiveness. You continue to live in that sin with no remorse thinking its ok and that God has condoned it. That is the difference right there. God is not mocked! For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. You continue to sow sin into your life, the consequences of sin is death.

He did not refer to all sins as "abominations", thus implying that some sins have a greater impact on mankind than others. He did not destroy an entire nation because people told "little white" lies. Scientifically speaking, place the sperm of two gay men under a microscope with a female egg, and the sperm won't try to mate with each other. But, they will fight each other 'till death over the female egg. And females' eggs won't mate with each other either. So, at a molecular level, your body knows what's correct and incorrect. We're made to mate and bond with the opposite sex. It's not opinion, it's nature. Even though heterosexuals also have imbalances that incline them to abuse and exploit this as well. I don't even want to talk about the hypocrites abusing the bible as their reason why its wrong, when they don't follow "God's word" in their own private lives. So to heck with being politically correct, or religiously correct, I'm talking naturally correct. If a man's body evolves with a vagina, uterus, etc., (produces eggs and pregnancies), and women grow penises (produce healthy semen) then, I'll digress. Then, I'll believe it is natural because it will be in unison with nature and the perpetual cycle of life. Until then, or unless they create a treatment of sorts, I do believe you were in fact "born this way". I do believe gays can love and marry who they want. It's your life and choice (to the religious: say your peace, and let God be the judge). I'm simply saying I don't think it's human nature (according to nature).
