Chris Brown hit the stage at the 2012 Billboard Awards tonight to perform "Turn Up The Music." Watch it inside.....

R&B Starlet Brandy presented Chris Brown tonight as he performed "Turn Up The Music" off his upcoming Fortune album at the 2012 Billboard Awards. He may have turned up the music but he also turned off the lights as he performed with a glow-in-the-dark set complete with bikers, a skating ramp and tons of colorful dancers.

Chris Brown is a PERFORMER when he gets on stage. If all he did was sing when he got on stage no one would watch because all they have to do is download his SONGS to hear him SING. I rather see him give a dance routine all he got then to see him pace back and forth across stage to an UP BEAT DANCE RECORD. When he performs slow songs thats when you hear him sing amazing live, but try running on a treadmill singing and see how you sound oppose to singing in the shower, just saying. I'm happy that he can dance unlike his ex and many other wannabe singers out there.

So Do you know his dealer..were u there when he took these "alleged" drugs? Oh you must be a doctor, with many years of experience diagnosing such drug problems on people u dont even know. These are unfounded and very damaging opinions about a person, that you should stray away from verbalizing unless you are qualified to say such things. If you don't like his performance say that....but I for one am a fan. Chris is very talented, and I have seen him perform in concert and he puts on an awesome show. And he did not lip sing! So to the fans of CB, I say keep on supporting him he has come back stronger than ever. For those non fans, ok u don't have to like his music ...but don't attack him personally.
