LEGAL UPDATES: Deion Sanders Wins Temporary Custody Of The Kids + Tami Roman's Hairy Lawsuit Is OVER

Pilar Sanders & estranged hubby Deion made their way to the Collin County courthouse Monday in Dallas. And the outcome wasn't in favor of Pilar. Deets inside on Deion getting temporary custody of the kids after their big fight night, plus Tami Roman closing up that wiggy lawsuit....

With her arm in a sling and rocking a body-con black & white dress, Pilar Sanders played the sympathy card (but maybe rightfully so) for her court date with Deion Sanders yesterday.

Though both parties were charged with domestic assault after their recent blowout inside their Dallas mansion, the tables are currently turned in favor of Deion.

After 3 days of hearings, State District Judge Ray Wheless gave Hall of Famer Deion temporary custody of the couple's children pending a full custody hearing, and ordered that the children undergo psychological counseling. Wheless also ruled that the injuries to Pilar were a result of Deion defending himself from her assault.

Pilar must remain at least 500 yards from the mansion. The most interesting part of all this, the police detective on the scene says that swollen lip we saw in Pilar's mugshot likely came from her biting it herself.

In other legal news, after "Basketball Wife" Tami Roman was sued by Creme de le Creme hair extensions company for supposedly stealing breaking their contract that called for her to promote their hair extensions on the show. They clam she stole their product and promoted it as her own instead. The two parties have settled in court.

Tami's rep Danielle Robertson issued the following statement:

“Basketball Wives” star, Tami Roman has amicably resolved the lawsuit filed against her back in March of this year. On Friday, May 4th in a US District Court in Houston, TX, Ms. Roman and her lawyers reached an undisclosed agreement with the hair extension company. “The parties reached a decision prior to the judge ruling on the matter”, says Roman’s attorney Katonga L. Wright, Esq. “It was the fastest and most predictable way for both sides to end the dispute and go their separate ways.” Ms. Roman is no longer affiliated with the company and both parties are mutually satisfied.

We all know the ruling courtsey of the media. However, anyone that uses at least 1/3 of your brain or is a cerebal thinker, would know that there is something very wrong in this case. For those, such as yourself, that are easily influenced (like the judge), I will spell this out for you. Deion was caught cheating with a very young woman; a woman of lose moral, and who I would call ghetto fab and did not mind sleeping with someone else's husband. Pilar found out and wanted a divorce. Deion is broke down, with huge expenses, and he is not making that big pro-athlete money anymore, he is lending his name to sell items, and sportscasting to make money. When Pilar asked for a divorce all he saw was having to pay alimony and child support. So instead of being a man and accepting that he really messed up, he chose to be a jerk and beat on his wife, and make the kids write reports to the police. First, who would subject their children to that, unless you are a sick, selfish man??? Who beats on his wife??? Self defense meant bloody lip, and other injures, did you see Pilar, he beat her??? Texas Prosper police and this judge are so star struck by this hall of fame man, he walks on water to them. Plus, Texas is not known, for putting a high value on a black woman's life. Now if Pilar was white, Deion would be under the jail and this talk of who made money would be a non-conversation. Since Pilar is black, it is everything from hateful people of her own race happy that her husband beat her, cheated, took the kids and her house, thats right, the house is hers too. Pilar is not some bum that he met back in the day with no money, she had her own, and helped him make money, when his back and knees went out on him. Texas judges don’t care about

Texas judges don’t care about a black man having money in their courts. The only thing a black man with money got going in a Texas court is he can hire the best lawyers possible to defend him. It wasn’t money that got Deion the custody of kids. It was more of he got to stay in the home. Judges rarely snatch children from their home to go with a parent that has no source of income and no place to stay. Hate to have to admit it but Pilar tape recording did her in. If she had not been using so much profanity on the recorded tape she would not have been seen as the aggressor in this altercation. Pilar overplayed her hand coming to court in an arm sling for a supposedly broken thumb. That little scheme did not get her the sympathy she expected. I broke a wrist and doctor did not place my arm in a sling. She should have just sat back and collected what was in the pre-nup. She was going to get a new home at Deion’s expense, whatever money in the pre-nup and child support. She got greedy in her attempt to break the pre-nup that she may have cut her own funds with this behavior.

It makes me sick how the wealthiest person automically takes the child away from a parent who has raised them from day one...like Dwayne Wade...these women are not parents, they were just married/in relationships with men who played around on treated them with no respect. Regardless of their relationship, I have never heard anyone reference Pilar as a bad parent, it should be joint custody at the least...but the legal system is designed towards the highest bidder.

I do not know what Dieon and Pilar's situation is nor do I know who was right or wrong but I will tell you now that your line of thinking is what is terribly wrong with America today. How can you say that no matter the circumstances a child should be with their "mama"? Smh. My 5 year old son is with me and I thank God everyday that he is because he is in a stable environment, feels secure and happy, and is doing extremely well in every aspect of life. His "mama" has no job, high school diploma, GED, place of her own, standards for him, car, guidance, or anything else to offer my child and contribute to success in his own terms in his life. I guess you think I should just give her my child back and pay child support to her while my son becomes another statistic huh? Here in America we need to wake the hell up! I take care of my son and dont run down to the child support office or any of that crap. Pull up statistics and you will see that in the Black race, women make substantially higher incomes than men unlike in the White race which child support was initially designed for, stay at home moms who were homemakers so were unable to establish careers while their husbands had flourishing careers. Since Black women as a whole make more money than Black men as a whole, a black woman running down to the child support office is the equivalent to a white man running to the child support office. Okay thats point one. Another thing, it seems that many women often think the answer to every situation is child support. Dont you realize that the government gets their cut out of that too. Recently a guy I know sent 6000 toward his child support bill and they only sent the mother about 4000 dollars, so as you can see everyone suffers because this extra 2000 could have went to the child instead of the government. Its funny how some women dont need a legal contract or government aid to lay down with a guy but get the government involved to get money out of a guy because of a failed relationship. Sadly, to sayas long as we continue to participate in this madness in the Black race, we will never get ahead because the government has us agianst each other (men and women) and this will not change because of th almighty dollar. Wake the hell up. Im not asking for a dime from my son's mama and it really doesnt take as much as people would like to make it seem extra to raise a child. Most of the things is things I would already pay for anyway such as a house, food, entertainment, clothes and so on. I dont who you are but we need to hear your point if view more often. Its gets a little discouraging hearing all this negative talk about black mothers, we may have not always done things the right way, but for those you have taken care of and sacraficedon major levels for their children, it is good to hear someone defend their children and their childrens rights. We hear brothers talking about how crazy we are, yet they leave their children with a crazy mother (think about this a bit) because everyone is beginning to realize it is just a cover-yup for being weak and a punk, thug is too glamourized these days. I am tired of hearing about the 90 day rule also, brother these women are not raping you, take responsibility for your manhood in all area; and this is what they need to hear and what you are saying. Men you were created to be strong, courageopus, wise, with the ability to work and provide. And all you men out there going from woman to woman (and woman you need to stop listening to the sob stories) it is because you are unable to sustain a relationship and quite frankly most of the time unable to please your woman anyway. No parents should have to fight their fathers for anything that is rightfully due them. All these athletes and black men with money when they divorce other women of another race you dont hear one word about them (and we dont know what they didnt do or didnt do) but they are so caught up in the lie that all other women are better than the race that birthed them (think on this too); and hand their money over quietly. It is good to hear the true nature of what is going on. Lets treat on another kindly so our children will have a great measure of self esteem, character.
