"I Like That" singer Houston, who famously gouged out his own eye, was busted for DUI in LA recently. Get the deets inside......

28-year-old Houston Summers, who rose to fame in the early 2000s with the song "I Like That" was busted for a DUI near Malibu this past Wednesday, according to TMZ.

Cops pulled over Houston and approached his SUV, which they say smelled of marijuana. The cops said his answers were all over the place and they suspected he was on drugs....not drunk. You may remember, Houston has a history with PCP (which influenced a suicide attempt and the eye incident).

He was booked on Wednesday and released on Thursday.......sigh.

Sad story....I hope he pulls it together.

That's so funny, he gouged his own eye out. That would have happened whether he was in the industry or not. How can success lead a person to self harm?. He obviously has a weak and diseased mind. Glad that everyone is a aware of it versus the guy becoming famous and having access to many people who he would have eventually harmed. Sad kind'a; funny, hell yeah. People with mental health disorders should learn to take their medications regularly and consistently. What a loser. I do not feel sorry for him. He should have stopped self medicating with hallucinogenic drugs and taken himself to a psychotherapist, psychiatrist or perhaps a religious figure. I hope he has not produced any offspring for they will be diseased of the mind as well, more than likely. Obviously natural selection has not affected his blood line yet, but soon come. I doubt that this guy makes it to forty. Pathetic.

He was doing PCP and had mental problems. He said in a 2008 interview that the industry was trying to change his image, too many fruit loops(I'm assuming gay) in the industry was coming at him. He said he couldn't handle coming from the hood life to the hollywood life, it was all happening to fast. People report the shock value pics and limited story instead of telling the whole truth.
