Beyonce posted a makeup free pic on her Tumblr recently and the chick looks gorgeous. See the pic inside and watch Brian McKnight's funny clip for his sexually explicit jam "If Ur Ready to Learn (How Your P**sy Works)."

Beyonce recently posted a pic of herself, sans makeup, on her Tumblr. In the pic, the fab chick grips a diamond chain in between her teeth (perhaps this is a shout out to the Roc).

In other Bey news, she is rehearsing for her first post-pregnancy show on May 25 in Atlantic City. "We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench," her trainer Marco Borges told "Us" Magazine.

Brian McKnight has made a video for his "If Ur Ready to Learn (How Your P**sy Works)" song with the funny folks at Funny Or Die. Watch it above.

How can they say for sure

How can they say for sure that Beyonce is make-up free. Good foundation/base doesn't necessarily show up in pics. As far as eye make-up and lipstick, given the angle of the pic and all the hair in her face, This isn't a bold or risky no make-up look at all. She's got a lot of time on her hands to be snapping pics like this and posting to Tumblr. What for and why? We certainly see enough pics of her without her taking more meaningless poses and posting them. Okay, let the calls of "hater" begin. LOL.

People really need to get there facts right before they post negativity. She didn't say she doesn't have a trainer, she said she doesn't have a live-in trainer. Beyonce has never denied having a personal trainer. That's something very trivial to lie about, don't you think?
