First Lady Michelle Obama LAUGHS IT UP At White House Correspondents' Dinner, President Obama's Hilarious Speech & Celebs Hit The Red Carpet

It was a big night of laughs at last night's 2012 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner in D.C.  Our President & First Lady welcomed journalists and media entities and their celebrity & political guests to the Washington Hilton ballroom for both Obama's tongue-in-cheek speech & special guest Jimmy Kimmel's hilarious speech.

Laughing it up with Jimmy all night, the gorgeous First lady Michelle Obama kept it fabulous in print with her modified version of Naeem Khan’s strapless multi-colored organza ball gown from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection:

Great choice.

Mrs. O was spotted chuckling away at her hubby's jokes as he gave his speech to the room, and Jimmy kept her entertained as well.

As for the celebs in attendance:

Alicia Keys rocked a yellow cut-out neckline dress with black pumps and tights for the occasion.  While her hubby Swizz Beatz looked dapper in his suit.  I wish Alicia would have donned a gown or a much dressier cocktail dress for this.

Oscar nominee Viola Davis looked chic in her red gown alongside her husband:

Very nice.


Mary J. Blige and her husband Kendu sparkled on the red carpet in all black with a pop of color.

Holly Robinson Peete rocked a Mandalay dress for the ocassion.

John Legend and his fiancee Christine Tiegen were there as well:


Loving this red gown on Chrissy.

And "Scandal" actress Kerry Washington donned a simple Calvin Klein peach v-neck long sleeved gown for the big night:

She tweeted how interesting it is to hear D.C. people's take on her new show, which is centered around politics and scandals in our nation's capital.

Attorney General Eric Holder was there with his wife, Dr. Sharon Malone.

And President Obama had some fun with his guests while giving his speech:

He joked about Mitt Romney, the secret service's new curfew, being snobby, Hillary Clinton and her drunk texting, and more. Check out two videos of highlights below:

Mitt Romney is a Corporate raider. They come in and takeover failing companines, fire people restructure them and have employees work for lower wages. "Best Buy" is one example. So the Executives keep most of the profits, while their employees struggle to live on less. So much for Leadership. And that's exactly what his azz will do if he becomes President which ain't gonna happen. He could run for 50 years and never see the inside of the White House unless he builds a replica. I see Hollywood's finest, where are the correspondences. After all it is a correspondence's dinner. I could care less what people are wearing, they don't influence my life. Instead of a style report, talk about the issues that can and will affect your future and the future of your loved ones. That's pwhat matters. If you're going to critique, ask yourself, are you any better off than you were 3 years ago. If the answer is yes then you are one of the lucky few, if not then style is the last thing that you should be concerned with. There are more important issues!

Mitt's wife raised the kids with a nanny like most white folks do, she was fortunate enough to have a rich husband so she could stay home with her kids every mother has a job to do she's no different than any other mother that has stayed home and raised their kids, except she needs to stop with she did it all by herself please, she had a nanny. As long as Obama is in the White House White folk will be hating but they can hate on, we have one fabulous president and first lady. Everybody looks really good. People you better know what's

People you better know what's at stake in this election. Know that Our President is working hard to fight for the poor and middle class. People struggling who have no health insurance, some have no jobs, college kids' tuitions going up, etc. If anyone votes for Romney, expect to have NO healthcare, you unemployed, expect to have no unemployment benefits. If you are a woman, expect to have Planned Parenthood Funding to be reduced to nothing with the goal of getting rid of it, You vote for Romney, if you are a foreigner you will be deported if you here illegally despite if you were born here and your parents weren't, if you are a woman working the same job as a man, expect your pay to be less, President Obama signed the bill into law where women are to be paid for the same job that men do which makes it equal work for equal pay, The Lilly Lebetter Fair Play Act. I can go on, and on, Romney is so out of touch with regular people that it's not even funny! So for all that President Obama is doing, Remember he is doing his best, register to vote if you are not, and ReElect our POTUS(President Of The United States). Remember, what is at stake here and don't forget! people have selective memories.

Alicia is under dressed. Mary J's two-toned hair is unattractive. There's something about Kerry Washington that just rubs me the wrong way. Not sure if she's just overrated or if she's just not that attractive. I think she over-acts on her new show...her facial expressions are odd. I don't know...just something about her is off.
