VH1 is gearing up for the return of its hit scripted series "Single Ladies" this summer with a new promo still, tv ad, and new star, Denise Vasi. Get the deets inside.....

Releasing a new ice cream themed ad for its hit series, "Single Ladies", VH1 is gearing up for the season 2 premiere May 28th at 9PM ET/PT.

Starring LisaRaye McCoy, Charity Shea and Denise Vasi, the series follows the different philosophies on love, sex and relationships of three very different women. And with the departure of Stacey Dash's character Val, season 2 will introduce Raquel (Denise Vasi) a sophisticated business woman coming into her own and calling the shots.

I only watch this show to

I only watch this show to support a black cast and a non reality show. The acting is not that good. I am also not emotional about Stacy's departure. She should have toughed it out because shes an aging black actress, who is really checking for you when your known for Clueless, which was years back. Hope the show does well because I am tired of reality TV

This shot reminds me of a

This shot reminds me of a visual from Iggy Azealia's video "Pu**y". That's a bit off-putting. And why is the 35 and Over Club on the curb with neon clothes and neon ice cream, anyway? Could THIS be why they are single? I am most interested to see how they explain Val's absence when the show ended with such a cliff hanger on her love life... and I hope they can get LisaRaye's character a man with about 10 fewer skeletons in his closet. I was just waiting for a 7 year old daughter from some baby mama in Florida he'd always known about to show up and see how he explained that one!
