Under the watchful eye of police, and tons of waiting press, George Zimmerman was released from a Florida jail very late last night. After he posted $150K bond, whhich was set last week, George was allowed to "go free" as he awaits the start of the Trayvon Martin trial. Deets inside....

Last night, George Zimmerman walked out of Seminole County Jail after posting $150K bond. Though he is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting deatch of Trayvon Martin, the judge, Kenneth Lester, determined he was not a flight risk since the whole world is watching his every move.

George's father indicated that he might have to take out a second mortage to pay for the bond. And after posting payment, George was met at the door by a friend who drove him away in a white BMW.

At his bail hearing last week, George apologized, as soon as he was sworn in, to Trayvon's parents saying, ‘I am sorry for the loss of your son… I did not know if he was armed or not. I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit older than I was.'

But the prosecution got a few digs in during the hearing as they asked George why he waited so long to contact Trayvon's parents. He said, ‘I was told not to communicate.' Interesting that he would use the witness stand to "communicate" when the whole world is conveniently watching and he was only supposed to be up there to answer questions. Not sneak in a sympathy seeking "apology."

Here are the terms of his bond:

He cannot have any firearms, drink alcohol or use drugs and must observe a curfew.
He will also have a GPS monitoring device.

In terms of new evidence (sensitive pic below),

A new photo released by ABC NEWS shows blood trickling from the crown of George's head and a police report from the night of February 26 also noted that he was bleeding from his nose.

But remember, George was not sent to the hospital, nor did he receive stitches. And it hasn't been determined exactly how these injuries were sustained.

What many keep forgetting is,

What many keep forgetting is, we all know there was some kind of altercation. The question is, who struck first and was Zimmerman in such engrave danger that he felt threatened and needed to kill Trayvon. Judging by that picture I say two things, one Trayvon didn't hit Zimmerman first. Those wounds look like wounds given by someone more in a defensive mode than directly beating you because they are all over the place. If someone has the upper hands and is not just striking simply to defend themselves, the wounds would be more deeper and more blood would be pouring out. Those wounds also look like Zimmerman went at Trayvon head first. Much like someone does when they are quickly trying to take down someone in a wrestling match. IMO, if folks would put their emotions to the side they would see that this picture flies into face of Zimmerman's defense story of him walking away and Trayvon jumping him and knocking him to the ground then beating him consistantly in the head. Those wounds look more like scrapes than actual cuts. Maybe that is why he was treated at the scene and not taken to the hospital for an MRI. IMO, I believe Trayvon may have hit him in the head with his can of ice tea because he was in a defensive mode and with all right. I believe Zimmerman knocked him to the ground because Zimmerman was an ex-bouncer and if you want to subdue someone in a fight, the best thing to do is ram them with all of your weight and knock them to the ground. We now understand why Trayvon's girlfriend lost him so quickly right after she heard the brief encounter with Zimmerman and Trayvon. If he went after Trayvon knocking him to the ground, his head set will come off and the phone will go flying. I feel they need to lock everyone of those police down in Sanford county for not doing their job. They don't deserve to be protecting anyone. Especially when they sit there and let this man get away with th fake behind reenactment of his lies knowing that they never properly secured the area. Also, that picture must have been an re-enactment because wasn't raining that night? where is the rain and why is Zimmerman so dry. And who gets so close in a crime scene where they can take a close up of someone's head and the top of thei head at that.

Zimmerman and his crew just keep making things up after the fact. It's just ridic how much crap is so called "new information." How in the hell are you going to have that much blood on your head and you don't get taken to the hospital and get some stitches. A scratch is one thing - but that much blood..really? Though I believe Zimmerman should be found guilty, your logic does not make sense. If you get any kind of cut on your head, you are going to bleed a lot because there are more blood vessels in the head. So Zimmerman's injury may not have been large enough for him to need to go to a hospital, but can still produce just as much blood. I do not think any of this information is made up..its already been stated multiple times that he and Trayvon Martin were involved in a physical altercation.

FACT: Zimmerman profiled young, 17-y/o Trayvon, and in his mind, HE found him guilty of those burglaries he'd alluded to in that 911 call: "He's looking around. He has something in his wasteband. He looks like he's on drugs. He's coming to check me out. He looks suspicious." Trayvon, in Zimmerman's mind, checked all the "correct" boxes as the one who'd committed those burglaries - Zimmerman then "placed Trayvon in the cross-hairs". Although told/advised NOT to pursue Trayvon: "We don't need you to do that," he still continued. Zimmerman even lost sight/track of Trayvon - this was when he could be heard saying: "Fucking Assholes, they always get away..fucking coons" -- but he again found, and began to again stalk young Trayvon. Witnesses notwithstanding, we can then, not-long after, hear someone screaming for help. It was NOT Zimmerman - as there were only two individuals - it was young, 17-y/o Trayvon Martin! We know, for a fact, who initiated the pursuit: Zimmerman. We know who continued to stalk, even though he lost sight/track of young Trayvon: Zimmerman. We know there was a physical scuffle between both individuals - this was never in doubt - as it turns out, young Travon was standing HIS ground from an armed stalker and bully: Zimmerman. People have to be proactive and involved in the process when Laws like Stand Your Ground are being proposed. I hope the Martin Family stick on the LAW and tries to get it repealed. That is what this case is really about. Gun Laws like Stand Your Ground will in the end be used to validate the execution of people of color. Just like Stop and Frisk is used to keep people of Color in JAIL. Whites don't get punished as severely as people of color. According to Stand Your Ground if Trayvon attacked Zimmerman or if they engaged in a fight...Zimmerman can used deadly force. The question will be how the confrontation began. Unless a person saw Zimmerman attack Trayvon it will be very hard to convict him of second degree murder. I just hope the prosecutor has evidence that can win a conviction. It's going to be a hard case and Zimmerman may walk. Justice in America is really subjective. I'm hopeful but I would not be shocked if Zimmerman walks.

Just watch as this moves forward. Zimmerman is releasing his photos of his head (which look doctored to me) but he is establishing his DEFENSE. He is going to say Trayvon attacked him first and that he did not know if Trayvon had a gun. I know he lied about knowing Trayvon was TEEN but again, he is establishing his defense. It will really hinge on who attacked whom first. If Stand Your Ground enters he's going to WALK. That is all I'm saying. And to be frank no person knows who Trayvon and Zimmerman met...meaning how the confrontation began. That will be the heart of this CASE. Lawyers will twist things around and make Trayvon look like most Black Males look to the public like a THUG. They will pain Zimmerman as a concerned citizen who was attacked by a person out for no good. They will TRASH Trayvon in that court room. And that apology was to taint a potential jury. The family TOLD Zimmerman before that Bail hearing that they would not accept his apology but guess what? He offered it anyway because his lawyers told him to. This man is crafty and slick. And so is his oily lawyer. This is how the system works. Lauryn Hill wrote a beautiful SONG about the twisted Legal system called....Mystery Of Iniquity..."Ya'll can't handle the truth in a courtroom of lies.......

But you were undaunted when you lost them, because you searched and searched till you again found them, and stalk did he, Zimmerman, again do! No, I'm sorry if you think "I was born yesterday" (but I was up all night studying). Zimmerman placed in the cross-hairs young 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, he initiated the aggression, and heightened the aggression, when he showed frustration when he lost then again found Trayvon. Facts no lawyer can twist: it was young, 17-y/o Trayvon who was screaming for help. It was young Trayvon who had no "offensive wounds" on his person. It was Zimmerman who told many different stories to law enforcement. It was young Trayvon who was only some 70 feet from his front door. It was "Stalker Zimmerman" who cold-bloodily 'pulled the trigger' that took the life of a 17-y/o child! X,Y,"and Z" -- OUT..!!

This b*tch wasn't no "volunteer" for the neighborhood watch....he was more of a vigilante. I just hope that this case plays out properly and that justice is served. There is no way that this man should go free in the end. We have to remember that Trayvon was minding his own business and Zimmerman is the cause of his death. Any injury that Zimmerman received was because Trayvon was defending himself. That head injury does not change my opinion. I don't feel sorry for him at all. He deserved to get his head bust. I'm actually glad that Trayvon got a few hits in. ....poor baby.

If you suspect someone might be armed, then why stalk them to begin with? In that dark, cold, rainy night, why stalk someone who YOU'D said was: "suspicious - looks like 'he's up to no good,' was "possibly armed/on drugs"..?? George Zimmerman has NO reason to stereotype Trayvon by telling the 911 dispatcher he looks like he's on drugs and up to no good, then saying "These a-holes always get away. He automatically assumed he was trouble because he was a black male. PERIOD. Now how would George Zimmerman feel if someone racially profiled him by thinking he was there to cut their grass or do yardwork or up to no good simply because he is part hispanic? Zimmerman had no reason to FOLLOW Trayvon, stalk him and hunt him down like an animal. And Zimmerman had no REASON to KILL Trayvon. As you can hear on the other 911 tapes, Trayvon screaming bloody haunting screams begging for help. Shame on Zimmerman and shame on all these folks on here and other blogs saying Zimmerman had the right to shoot him. This young man could of been the next great inventor, a doctor, a lawyer, a senator, a future president, but his life was taken away in a flash just because he was "profiled" and followed by this deranged lunatic named Zimmerman who now fears for his safety? Why when it wasn't nothing for him to take Trayvon's life? Profile, follow, stalk, and POW your dead. If Trayvon killed Zimmerman, they would of brought the electric chair to Trayvon's house and you all know i'm right.

Did old boy ever identify himself as neighborhood watch to Trayvon ? I feel that he isn't going to jail , they are going to drag it out and eventually and sadly people are going to loose interest and sf ocus on the next twitter, facebook, instagram, flickr, whatever topic....zip was hoping this sparked a flame that lights the fire but I dont see it....

@ Jay.... Unfortunately....That is NOT the bottom line. The dispatcher did tell him not to follow but what exactly happened after that is unknown. It will end up being Zimmerman's word on what happened next. He claims he went back to his car after that. We don't know how Zimmerman and Trayvon met each other. Zimmerman is going to say that Trayvon approached him and then a fight took place. At that point Zimmerman CAN use deadly force to defend himself. This is what we need to find out in court but since Zimmerman is the only person alive it will be hard to know who started what. Unless there is video evidence showing Zimmerman approaching and attacking Trayvon it will be very difficult to know what exactly happened (hence reasonable doubt). Zimmerman has injuries and he can claim that he felt he was in a battle for his life and he can say he did not know if Trayvon had a weapon or not. That is all he has to establish....So the 911 tape is not enough to land him in prison forever. You need to understand the LAW. It's not against the law to follow someone.

Unbelievable that is all I can say, that judge let this man walk. This guy got off on a 15,000 thousand dollar bond. His father is so full of crap, he had to take out a loan for the bond, isn't he suppose to be rich? I cannot stand deceitful people.

TI just have a sick feeling

TI just have a sick feeling this cold blooded murderer is going to get off, The terms of his bond are a travesty NTM the measly bond set for his freedom, what's $15,000 for his doting daddy to come up with on a whim? My only consolation is that this punk won't be able to strut his stuff freely after taking this young mans' life as he will constantly have to be looking over his cowardly shoulder for the rest of his sniveling self serving life. What I cant get anyone to explain to me re: this stupid law is, if Trayvon Martin is approached by an unknown man with a gun and defends himself by beating his ass since he felt threatened why doesnt this dumb ass 'Stand your ground' law serve only as defense for his murderer?? I remember days when I considered moving to Florida now I would have to have a gun to my head to even consider such a move. I hope the powers that be have not forgotten the part the Sanford Police Dept played in Trayvons murder by enabling this jerk. That department needs to be totally dismantled.

I have 2 Teenager boys very

I have 2 Teenager boys very good students and well-mannered, I have always taught them if someone is following them run or try to find help Travon was running so you tell me why was travon shot. zimmerman was told not to follow travon. he cause all the problems he is facing we have choices and his choice was to kill an unarmed 17 year old I do not care about man-made law because some of it is unhuman we have to remember this was someones child and a good kid at that so let's have some sympathy for that family. And if zimmerman walks free God will judge him in the end no matter what he will get his.
