Actress Jennifer Hudson was spotted filming a new Weight Watchers commerical when she got a surprise visit from her son, David, Jr. See the pics inside and find out about Lil' Wayne's mom getting married.

J-Hud was spotted in full on workout gear while filming her new Weight Watchers commercial in L.A.

In between takes of walking a pup..........she got a little surprise:

Her 2 and a half year old son David, Jr.

Lil' Wayne's mom Cita got married over the weekend.

She received well wishes from granddaughter Reginae (pictured above).
