Oprah Winfrey And Stedman Graham DINE OUT + Iyanla Vanzant LANDS "OWN" Show

Oprah Winfrey and her longtime beau Stedman Graham were spotted out at dinner in NYC yesterday. We rarely get to see these two getting all touchy feely out in public. See the pics inside and get the deets on Iyanla Vanzant's new OWN show.

Oprah Winfrey was photographed leaving her hotel and going out for dinner with Stedman Graham to ABC Kitchen in New York City last night. The twosome dined with Stedman's 37-year-old daughter Wendy (not pictured). And yeah we peeped that hand aound the waist Mr. Graham. Get it.

Oprah was also in town for the OWN 2012 Upfronts.

It's a good thing that Iyanla is back in Oprah's good graces because she just landed her "OWN" show. It's called "IYANLA FIX MY LIFE" and Iyanla will use her past to help others’ futures. The show will focus on pulling back the curtain so people can fix their broken lives and is produced by Jon Sinclair and Jill Van Lokeren.

Oprah has renewed the hit series "Sweetie Pie's" as well as her "Master Class" series. And has added 4 new shows for next season.

Dem dere bunions brought Oprah billions. They are her feet. She is probably apprehensive about being under anesthesia to have her feet corrected. (I've had two bunion surgeries on both feet). But, I may have had second thoughts about it if I were worth billions. That is a type of life/health decision extremely wealthy people grapple with.

I was there for Oprah's Lifeclass Show @ Radio City in NYC a few nights ago. The tickets were Free. I scored Orchestra Seats and it was GREAT 2 see/hear her and Tony Robbins Up close and Personal.....YES!...and btw, the food @ ABC Kitchen is Nasty and Totally OVERPRICED!

Oprah looks so uncomfortable with Steadman's hand on her waist, and so does he. It's like he doesn't even know what he's doing. She isn't the type to exploit her "relationship" for publicity. But I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. Her network is failing miserably so she must generate some public interest, hence this photo opt. The other day she was on the Steve Harvey's radio show saying "Can everybody get OWN? Can Everybody just get the OWN Channel? Can You help a sista out?" If that right there doesn't tell you she's on a desperate media blitz to promote that network, I don't know what will.

I watched Stedman on CNN this morning.... He definitely has a 'manly' persona about him, no frills, no thrills, all brotha, and a straight shooter, and even though Oprah is the Queen B, Stedman definitely is the one running the Hive... I agree! We read her book last fall as a book club selection. So gut-wrenching, intense but compelling and inspirational. One of the best memoirs I've EVER read. My heart broke for the loss of her daughter, Gemmia. I recommend you getting the audio version of the book. Hearing it through Iyanla's voice is even more stirring!
