VIDEO: Oprah's SIT DOWN With Bobbi Kristina & Whitney Houston's Family, Bobbi Kris Says Her Mom Was Her Everything

Sunday evening, Oprah Winfrey's OWN aired her much-anticipated interview with Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina.  Watch it inside.....

Oprah Winfrey sat down with Gary and Patricia Houston as well as 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is living in Atlanta, for a taped interview that aired on OWN Sunday evening.

During the emotional chat, Bobbi talked about her mom's passing saying,

"I'm doing as good as I possibly can at this point. I'm just trying to keep going.  I can sing her music, but to hear it now, I can't. I can hear her voice telling me, 'Keep moving, baby. I got you.' She's always with me. I can always feel her with me. She used to always say, 'Do you need me?' And I said, 'I always need you.'"

She added,

"I feel her pass through me all the time. I wake up at night...She would say at 5 a.m. the saints start praying. I wake up now and look at the clock and it's 5 o'clock. I start praying."

She also said, "Lights turn on and off and I'm like, 'Mom, what are you doing?  I can still laugh with her and still talk to her."

Surprisingly, Bobbi says she didn't understand her mom's impact.

"I just saw her as mom. The first time I saw her as a worldwide icon was when we went on tour. And the funeral. She made an impact not only on a few people. She made an impact on the world."

The last time Bobbi Kristina saw Whitney was when they spent the entire day and night in Whitney's arms, as the two were never at a loss of showing love to each other.  So what's next for Whitney's only child, who by the way admitted to being slightly rebellious with her mother but no one else?  Bobbi Kris revealed:

"I have to carry on the legacy. We're gonna do the singing thing. Some acting, some dancing.  It's a lot of pressure, but she prepared me for it."

Whitney's manager/sister in law Patricia (far left in above photo) revealed that both Whitney's and Bobby's families got together to do an intervention, after discovering their drug issues in the 90's, on the couple back in the 2004.  She also alluded to Whit's dangerous relationship with Ray-J saying that Whitney was chasing a dream with a young man who was always out and about.  And that she was searching for love in all the wrong places.

And that now infamous night where Whitney was spotted looking a bit frazzled after a party, Pat admitted Whit had exchanged words with an "X-Factor" contestant (Stacy Francis) and it went too far.  Ray-J was rumored to be involved in that as well.

Pat also described Whitney's disturbing death revealing that Pat's own brother (Whitney's security guard) Ray was out of breath attempting to revive Whitney.  She says she has closure, but wishes she could bring Whitney back just so Cissy could see her.

Cissy Houston, via a pre-taped phone convo with Oprah, said she does not believe the funeral home released Whitney's casket picture.

Gary Houston, Whitney's brother, cleared up the confusion about Bobby Brown's funeral drama saying the family NEVER banned Bobby from the services.

Watch parts of the interview below (the interview in full will be posted as soon as it's available) with Bobbi Kristina's portion, as well as Gary revealing that Cissy told the family, off instinct, before Whitney's death that Whitney wouldn't be with them for too much longer:

Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8

BONUS:

Oprah's longtime partner Stedman Graham made the cover of the April 2012 issue of O magazine.  The couple, who have been together for 25-years, dish on Oprah's cooking in the issue.  Yes....Oprah cooks y'all.

Mr. Graham said, “Chefs don’t have anything on her.  She makes great pancakes, too. She makes great eggs, she makes great steaks—I mean, you could go on and on and on."

Now that's love.  Speaking of that, Oprah also talks about her "Love Sandwich," the twosome's Saturday afternoon staple.

"It became the Love Sandwich because I first started making it just for Stedman," Oprah reveals in the issue.  "I’ve only made it for a couple of other people, so if you’ve had me make the Love Sandwich for you, you have to be somebody I really care about."

The full story hits newsstands on Tuesday, March 13.

People are so sensitive on

People are so sensitive on this site about comments that other people make. They have a right to express themselves whether you like it or not. Yeah it can be overwhelming at times but that is not the FOCUS. If it bothers you continue to ignore whatever people are saying and think about how YOU feel inside and stop lashing out at other people with their comments. It will only keep you upset and give you high blood pressure.

I think the interview was

I think the interview was conducted well and professionally. I'm also happy that Pat chose to touch on the situation with Ray J he's running around here acting like he's so grieve stricken but at the end of the day he did not bring out the best in her and in the end she ended up getting into an altercation with one of his little side pieces in the club REALLY?? The queen arguing over a little boy in the club yeah I got your message Pat loud and clear and I'm sure little ole Ray J did too!!! Kudos to The Houston family especially Bobbi Kris for sharing Whitney with us she was LOVED!!

I don't know why this

I don't know why this interview is receiving so much flack from this community( I don't mean blacks). Whitney had a very candid lifestyle, and allowed the world into her personal struggles with Oprah long before her death. Not unlike many other individuals who are now deceased, the interview is a form of closure. Whitney's life was created in the public eye, and they're doing the right thing by giving her fans a sense of closure. I don't think any of the questions were inappropriate. A lot of the questions, in fact, provided clarification. Bobbi Kristina seemed to be in good spirits and has accepted the untimely demise of her mother. Whitney's fan base is grieving right along with the family. So, this interview was appropriate and Oprah maintained the family's dignity!

I really enjoyed the Houston

I really enjoyed the Houston family interview because Oprah made it feel more like she was simply have a sit down talk with her friends and we were invited to hear the conversation. It was very much like Whitney's funeral. Her family was sending her home and the world was invited to watch. Well done Oprah. Classy all the way. I can't see Babara Walters conducting an interview in such a manner. She would be way to heavy handed and condiscending.

Bobbi Kris, we got a prayer

Bobbi Kris, we got a prayer group going for you on here. I was her exact age when I lost my mother. She is in for a rough ride, but she needs to keep praying and keep focused and keep good people around you. Anyone that wants her to party, drink and do drugs is not good for her. I wish her well. So much for Oprah being gay with Gayle, etc. The truthis Oprah probably has so many emtional issues, she needs both people in her life to keep her grounded. Wish everyone well. P.S. There are rumors that Bobbi Kris wants to change her name, whatever brings her peace.

My heart goes out to Bobbi

My heart goes out to Bobbi Kristina and the rest of the family. I did not like the interview initially. I thought Oprah should have sat BK down to discuss her feellings. That kitchen interview was just off. After speaking with BK, Oraph pushed her way in the rest of the house. The sister in law and her husband's interview went as well as can be expected. Pat was very truthful and Pat did make reference to RJ a one blogger wrote. Whitney is an ange now, let s hope that we here on earth let her rest in peace and allow the family to heal privately.

The clips of of Whitney

The clips of of Whitney singing to a little Bobbi Kristina and the part when Gary broke down had me clutching my wine bottle and sobbing...I don't understand the negative comments...Pat Houston was forthcoming and honest to me...did you expect her to really air Whitney's dirty laundry in a disrespectful way? That was her best friend/sister...I would NEVER to that to my best friend or her legacy. When anyone passes what's so wrong with focusing on the good? And I think Oprah is the only one that could have done this...hell to yall of yall critiquing her interviewing skills could you have done a better job? I think the hell not...so have a reclined seat.

When the media is feeding so

When the media is feeding so many lies and half-truths about your mother wouldn't you gather your strength and do an interview to clear things up? Wouldn't you want the world to know that your mother was a real person with feelings? People can sit back and say what the family should do, but at the end of the day, Whitney was their blood, their family. They are honoring her memory by addressing the issues. And as far as the Bobby situation, Gary and Pat were right in their response; they have a good relationship with him but knew that Whitney and him weren't good together for various reasons. Why should they speak ill of him on camera to satisfy the media need for havoc and negativity, why not show love and forgiveness? And as far as the Ray J situation, Pat gave the most real answer. Whitney was looking for love in all the wrong places. You cannot be a 47 years old woman staying at home, thinking that a much younger man who likes to party and go to clubs can be the man you fall in love with. That's unrealistic. And that's what ended her, she already had low self-esteem, trying to change your life to keep up with a younger person is delusional. Pat didn't disrespect Ray J, she was realistic. It was hard watching this interview, because I know what losing a mother that was your bestfriend is about. And Bobbi Kristina will get through this in time, but people should respect her privacy.

Oprah is the only one who could have done that interview. I felt that it went very well - Oprah asked the questions that America wanted the answers to. I am glad that a lot of hearsay was cleared up. Keep in mind that Bobbi Kristina is only 19, just lost her Mom, and is still very fragile. Whitney was an icon to us, but to them, she is family. Kudos to them all for handling the interview with dignity and class.

Oprah wasn't in charge of

Oprah wasn't in charge of that interview.....the Houston family was. She would not be there had they not approved. Could it be that the family reached out to Oprah instead of the other way around? Oprah was merely the facilitator. Considering the delicacy of the situation, I feel it was handled respectfully and thoughtfully. Of course uncomfortable questions were going to be asked - that's what interviewers do. If folks don't like Oprah, that's fine but the woman did her job and did it well. You can be certain that every aspect of that interview was thought out in advance. Did any of Whitney's family look surprised by any questions? No. They new what was coming and obviously approved.

Ophrah (spelling intentional)

Ophrah (spelling intentional) irritates my whole soul. That interview was terrible, sorry. She bumrushed their crib, talked to the child standing up, didn't appear genuinely empathetic at all, asked dumb questions; I expected so much more from this seasoned tv interviewer. I didnt see her the way alot of you did, I found her voice to be weak and uncertain. I do wish her the best, but she is obviously very fragile. Denial is a part of the process, saying you are ok when you are not, trying to be hopeful, it just honestly takes ALOT of time and prayer, and honestly it would have been too soon for me to talk.

Your so right about

Your so right about everything you said. I lost my mom seven months ago and although she was sick and I knew it was coming I held it together. Like I was handling it & needed to be strong for everyone else. Wrong move ! Grieving is a serious process & long story short 3 months later I was at my lowest. Self destructing & destroying everything around me just bc I ddnt deal with those feelings. I know is a diff process for everyone but a blind person could see how close they were. I know Krissy has to be feeling it & she needs to allow herself to feel it & not try to be strong for anyone at this time. I wish her the best of luck. This is a type of pain I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

Some of you people are so

Some of you people are so stupid. Have you not heard of a preinterview? Anything that was discussed was surely approved before hand. Every aspect of an interview of this magnitude is preplanned, and approved before any camera is turned on. Oprah may be disliked by many, but no one can discount her success in what she does.

I was impressed with how

I was impressed with how well-spoken and the fortitude Krissy exhibited during the interview. That takes courage. While I'm certain her emotions will come in waves, what's certain is that her mom's spirit is constantly with her and she made a huge impact on her daughter's life. She'll be alright as long as she keep her Aunt Pat around her as a confidante. I was also impressed with her. She appears to be sensible, grounded in truth and to have her head on straight. FYI: It speaks volumes that Bobby Brown calls PAT to check on Krissy. Obviously, her relationship with her father isn't a close one. Not surprising. He spit in Whitney's face in the front of her and she's aware of all the affairs he had during their marriage. She will never forget the pain and tears her mother endured from those tribulations. Also, when Gary broke down after singing his sister's song, it was all over for me. This family is clearly still in pain but they managed to get through that interview until the end. Kudos to Oprah for being so comforting. She navigated the interview really well.

The interview may have seemed

The interview may have seemed soon to some but apparently, they were ready for it and keep in mind that every person grieves in their own way and own time. This may have been helpful and healing for them, to get all of the misconceptions & unanswered questions cleared up so that they can move forward...hopefully with the public giving them a little more privacy now that they've put it all out there. There are no more questions to ask; Oprah uncovered what people wanted to hear and I applaud them. I was very impressed by Bobbi Kristina's maturity and she was well spoken considering all that she has been through. Thank God for her Aunt & Uncle. They've got her back and she clearly knows it. I pray that she stays focused and on the right track so she can make her Momma proud! I also got the impression that Bobby Brown really isn't all that bad like everyone makes him out to be. That came straight from the Houston's mouth...just goes to show, there are always two sides to every story. I just hope that he stays in his daughter's life on a positive. She really needs her father, as every girl does. Great interview & insight.

The interview was extremely touching to me. I feel for Cissy Houston as well as Bobbi Krisitina, life is truly short and we have to love and look pass people's downfalls. It also hurt me to see her brother breakdown like that. Whitney seemed like a beautiful person and her music will live forever!

This interview disturbed my

This interview disturbed my soul. Whitney hasn't been deceased for an entire month and here comes Oprah and her cameras, running into Whitney's family's home to get the first "interview". It wasn't an interview, it was an invasion. Tons of cameras and production people, Oprah wouldn't even have the decency to sit Bobbi Kris down, with her aunt and talk about this girl's feelings. Instead she stood up, with her back to the aunt and proceeded to ask Bobbi Kris some of them most insensitive and silly questions you can imagine. This young girl's mother JUST passed away and Oprah asks her in so many words "how do you feel, what was that day like for you, your mom this, your mom that" Just so insensitive. Oprah has no consideration whatsoever. Whitney's sister in law handled the probing well. Oprah blows my mind. She carried on with the same antics after Michael Jackson died. She probed Paris, Blanket, and the other child knowing damn well Michael never wanted those children to have any media exposure at all. Janet even expressed her discontent with Oprah and that "interview" with her family. This interview was not necessary at this moment and could have waited. There was no rush. She had the nerve to ask them, "how did you feel after the photo leaked of Whitney laying in the casket?" Come on. How are they supposed to feel??!?!?!?! Smh I can't. And why the hell did she show up to that funeral with Gail and not her man, Steadman? My respect for Oprah has dwindled considerably.
