In addition to Pitbull and Ne-Yo performing, fans were graced with a surprise performance from Chris Brown tonight at the NBA All-Star Game. Watch it inside and see Mary J. Blige perform the national anthem.

Earlier tonight, Chris Brown SURPRISED fans when he joined Pitbull and Ne-Yo on stage for the NBA All-Star Game's Halftime show. The trio performed a medley of "Give Me Everything," "International Love," and “Turn Up The Music."

I'm gonna keep it 100: Mary J. sounded a hot mess! The 1st big nationally televised sporting event (post Whitney- RIP) and they call on Mary J. to do the anthem? WTF! Somebody must've wanted to play a huge practical joke on Mary. And whoever gassed her to THINK that she could pull it off, much less "acapulco" (LOL) need to have their ass whooped. And I like Mary- but only on CD's with music behind her, some studio "magic" on her vocals & some time to rehearse. Hell, she's been singing for 20 years & she's just now singing her own stuff right. Everybody wants to go hard on the national anthem now since Whitney is gone and there is a very short list of people that can sing it live. Mary J. is NOT ON THAT LIST! Mary did not do a good job

Mary did not do a good job singing the National Anthem. She started off good but finished terribly.....the commentator had to cut her off because she was trying to 'tear it up' a little too much. It sounded raggedy. I always luv seeing Chris perform because I know he's going to dance his butt off. He did a great job as usual........i did think that the NBA was going to get some type of backlash or negative press for having him perform though. I'm glad I havent read anything negative so far today.

I didn't see Mary's performance and don't care to. I enjoyed Pitbull's performance for the simple fact that no grown men's drawls were on display. The women were in their underwear, but I avoided looking at them since they weren't the feature.

Preach on! My god they are horrible! I usually LOVE MJB, but she has been an epic fail lately. From her hair, makeup and outfits to her singing she has just fallen so hard. LOVED Mary J up until the end. I feel she shouldnt have stretched out all those words like that, and maybe that threw her off a bit. Chris Brown SAVED that performance and did the DAYYYUMMM thing! I'm not even a big pop person, but I had to buy that new single Turn Up the music just from that performance alone! Im getting tired of the media lies and hatred on this boy after his big Grammy win, and I'm glad this site does not entertain it. Chris is the next big thing, and if given the room to, he would truly shine. Rooting for him! Pitbull and Neyo were great too
