Beyoncé Makes FIRST POST-BABY APPEARANCE At Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall Show & Afterparty!

It's almost as if she was never even pregnant. But those curves are a dead giveaway. Beyoncé stepped out for the first time tonight since becoming a new mom to Blue Ivy Carter. And it was all in support of her hubby Jay-Z. Beyonce in red at Carnegie Hall AND at the afterparty at 40/40 inside...

Either her Spanx are working overtime or chick's body was so in shape pre-baby it's back just 1 month after giving birth. She's looking fab!

The new mom rocked a skin tight red ruched dress 3/4 sleeve dress by Alice Temperly for her hubby's big charitable night at Carnegie Hall. And she paired it with multicolored Christian Louboutin pumps and a gold Alexander McQueen clutch.

She clearly had Baby Blue on her mind with this huge blue rock on her finger and electric blue nails.

The folks at Billboard magazine and plenty others are tweeting up a storm about her partying--as we type--at the 40/40 Club afterparty. With Mama Tina of course. Here's a pic of her in VIP:

An insider tweeted the pic saying: "Beyonce in a hot red dress next to jayz and nas in VIP area eating some wings at 40/40. Five feet away from them and their bouncer"

WHY do I feel like she's going to announce she recorded an album while breastfeeding this past month or some ish? Get ready....

After her sacrifice of her and Jay-z's first baby. God took her chances of ever having a biological baby away. Bey probably had her own photographer around...and that's how Bey looks like when she's been eating good. It doesn't make sense for she's had a c-section and you're not allowed to work out for at least 4 weeks usually 6 weeks- so now would be the perfect time to start exercising. There is no way Bey came out of urgery looking like that or just starving herself till she looked like that...especially her stomach should look different-even with "help". Anyway I don't mind I just wanna see another cute baby :D and listen to good music

Beyonce looks great! Beautiful new Mommy :). I can see Her hips have spread and she had a "pretty face pregnancy" Thank God. Her waistline is naturally small and DUH if she breastfeeds (clearly she has been) then she will lose the bump quickly.. She has access to the best personal chefs, trainers, specialists, etc. I expected her to look fab ASAP !

Well...according to your grammar, you are the one that is stupid. And as one of those "women that has had a baby" I can see that this woman's body has changed because of having a baby. Every woman does not blow up to 200 lbs and then struggle to drop baby weight for years. I had my first child in my 30s and was back in my regular size 5 clothes just 3 weeks later. So just because you and your girl Lah-tah-sha-naysha are fat and sloppy doesn't mean that will happen to every woman. Beyonce was already in great shape before the pregnancy so she shouldn't have a problem getting back in shape.

I love Beyonce as much as the next person, however it is quite obvious that she did not carry her baby. There was no change in her at any time during her pregnancy. She had no swelling or puffiness anywhere on her body. She my have been in good shape but carrying a child will show in more places than your belly. But you know I don't blame her, she makes her living with her body being in good shape. It would have taken her a long time to get back in shape. She looks good but sista girl was not a thin person in the beginning, she knew she would have a lot of work to do to get baby weight off her stomach, hips and thighs. That's why someone else carried that baby and that's why the delivery was done in private.

a real good mom would never leave her baby to go out and party... one month old baby eat every 4 hours, and need constant attention, they need mommy's heartbeat to sleep when feel bad... so many women working hard to be able of having at least 2 months of recovery from the labor, and this girl parties 3 weeks after her labor.. that's not fair for regular women with real problems.
