The King and Queen of the South (their words, not ours), T.I. and Tiny, were seen leaving Prime Italian restaurant holding hands yesterday, after having dinner. Dare we say Tiny looks nice with this jet black bob of hers?

While waiting for their car outside the hotel, they bumped into Magic Johnson who was checking in. I'm sure that convo was interesting...

I dig this show, it's dope. Good family values and even though I believe that reality t.v. is scripted, the relationship between those two can't be denied. You can't say that they aren't a great couple. I enjoy watching, can't wait to see the next episode.

Why is everyone saying Tiny is cute w/ that black hair???? No way. She is cute in the clip with the gold hoops, long hair and the lashes. She is the best looking in that clip. Finally a positive depiction

Finally a positive depiction of a black family. i never cared for T.I...but I have to say I give him mad props for olding down his family the way he does. regardless of all the BS he got in in the past you can obviously tell that he's a good father and husband. For once we get to see that NOT all black men are deadbeats..or at war with their ex-wife/girlfriend. He manages to co-parent with hs ex without the drama and the non-sense. Tiny is just real and a perfect match for him. I wish them the very best and congratulate them for showing the world that YES you can be a black man and an industry cat YET still have family values. This family gets my vote and I will continue to support them by watching their show!

I would really like to mentor

I would really like to mentor you, because I REALLY think you mean well and I think you REALLY want to see you community lifted up. Even through the immaturity of your statements I see your INTENTIONS. With that being said..... I was once taught that "A man doesn't have to be perfect...to be effective". Dr. King proved that. Now I wouldn't dare compare T.I. to Dr. King mind you, but I DO think that the kinda dad he comes across on T.V. COULD be inspirational to A LOT of young, black husbands & fathers. His past ISN'T a perfect one, his life ISN'T a perfect one. But those ARE just the type of people you need to get the message to those whose lives are IMPERFECT as well. T.I. doesn't want to see his kids make the same mistakes he's made. Seeing him sit ALL of his sons down and explain to them How a man is supposed to treat a lady is something that a great deal of our young men NEEDED to see. And could probably relate to it BETTER coming from someone like T.I. as opposed to say a Bill Cosby. Who's life is no where near refective to theirs. Get past who the message is coming from, and focus on THE MESSAGE. I think guys like T.I., Michael Vick, Jay-Z, 50 Cent etc, could make a HUGE difference in out community if they (were able) to led be example. ...and if we ALLOWED them.

Now I might agree with you about TI if he did not betray all of those AT RISK kids he let down when he was telling them to do all these positive things and then he was busted for violating his probation by doing DRUGS in his CAR. TI knew exactly what he was doing. He was on a PR campaign to support a movie and fulfill his probation, when he was saying what he learned from his past "mistakes". I had this conversation with someone who was telling me that kids would be more inclined to listen to TI over other professionals because he was a rapper. And I relented to this idea when parents were going crazy about TI speaking at a local Atlanta school and the parents were not told prior to the event. And what ended up happening was TI was BUSTED (AGAIN)... proving all the parents who did not want him near their children right. The point is we have to stop looking to people like TI as some example of what's good. TI is an idiot. I just can't say it any better than that. This man is very uneducated. And the way TI treats his children and wife in reality is very different than what you see on this reality show. This show is designed to improve his image. TI has a lot of control of what is being filmed. I look to my parents when I want to see a loving couple or speak to my mother when I have issues with boys. And if people don't have parents that are married they can look to FAR better examples than Tiny and TI. I think that there are just too many African Americans looking to all the wrong places for how to behave in a HEALTHY relationship. And TI has not been there for his own children because of his own stupid decisions. These poor decisions date back YEARS. Why don't we ignore entertainers as examples of anything. These people are selling images for profit not to help you do something or to help the community at large. When people can see that they will get on much better.

Tiny is beautiful. She is kind and level-headed. Just look at how she behaves with her friend. Not once have you ever heard her speak ill on anyone...if anything she tries to help and be there for them. When she had the disagreement with her friend and personal hairstylist you didn't see her yell and scream and cuss...on the contrary she tried to speak to her calmly..and went out of her way to smooth things out with her. Now that's how a REAL friend should act. None of that Jennifer and Evelyn lozada fake friendship. She's about her children and her man. She's real and about her business. Anyone who has come in contact with her report the same thing: that she's genuine, calm and just a sweet and lovely person all around. I don't know this girl from the moon but to me that makes her as beautiful if not more than all the Halle berries and Anjelina Jolies of the world combined!

TI and Tiny are just an entertainment couple from ATLANTA. He is a rapper and she is a singer. These two are not role models and discerning organizations with CLASS would not accept anything from these two in terms of donations. Only in Atlanta is the bar so low that people are willing to accept money from a people like this. TI is a convicted FELON and not just on those federal GUN charges. And when people say no person is "perfect" that is such a cop out to accept any and all types of DEPRAVED behavior. TI had his chance and he BLEW it. TI lost the public trust that was given to him. People extended themselves to him and he betrayed that trust more than once. There are many at risk kids who TI was able to speak with who HE betrayed with making the SELFISH choices he made AFTER he got out of prison...AGAIN. Just because TI has a reality show on VH-1 does not mean he has changed. You are only see the image he wants you to see. But if people like you don't have the intelligence to see through TI manipulations don't tell others they have to also accept this inarticulate and co-dependent RAP couple.
