IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: VIDEO Of Chrissy Getting A RING From Jim Jones

We concluded months ago that Jim Jones and Chrissy Lampkin were officially engaged and that he bought her a ring--based on the huge diamond ring she was rocking on her ring finger at the "Love & Hip Hop" press dinner. Jimmy shut down any inquiries about it at that time. And now, we know it's because he officially proposed on tonight's episode.

Chrissy may have proposed to Jim last season of "Love & Hip Hop," but as she said on tonight's episode, she's been feeling like Jim hasn't stepped up to the plate. And she was ready to leave.

So after taking a break and going with her girls down to Miami, Jimmy popped up and surprised her...with a proper proposal.

Here's the clip of Jimmy presenting Chrissy with the same gorgeous engagement ring she was seen rocking back in November (pictured above):

I don't really care for Chrissy but I am glad she finally got her so called proposal even if it seems fake because I was really bored with that story. However, truth is if you been with some1 7 years and you propose and he still ain't sure he wants to make that type of commitment to you Then unfortunately it is time to move on. That is all.

I don't see why people keep using the word "forced" so loosely. If he didn't want to propose to her then he wouldn't have,period... There are PLENTY of couples who get to this point in their relationship. Furthermore, there are plenty of men who propose to these men under these circumstances. Didn't Steve Harvey state in his book how his wife (girlfriend at the time) left him because they were in a position similar to this one? It happens everyday, so people acting like Jim Jones is the only man who ever has been given an ultimatum is bullshit. If anything, I commend her for being vocal about the way he was making her feel. At the end of the day he didn't have to propose to her but he knew how serious she was about leaving him if he didn't get his shit together. As for the propasal, its fucking TV people. That shit was most likely scripted. Who cares about the scenes of the proposal. SHE was happy, and that's all that matters. I highly doubt Chrissy gives two fucks about people thinking he didn't propose to her the "proper" way since she has that fat ass ring on her finger.

OMG! I thought I was the only one who felt the engagement was forced and HORRIBLE! I saw people commenting on twitter as well as on here that they are excited and happy and she deserves it! I'm assuming they mean deserve the "ring" because there was no sincerity whatsoever in the actual proposing. I feel so bad for our generation. Jay and Bey relationship is nothing close to perfect, so why do people use it as a standard and compare. First, Bey was young when she met Jay, so it makes sense that they waited that long to marry. If I was that young, and he's way older I will wait too especially if we both know we will marry each other. Bey and Jay present this perfect relationship to the world, people have no idea what they go through. Their relationship remind me of my parent's relationship sometimes. My parent are very private people, from outside they look and people call them the perfect couple but being their child I know it's nothing close to that, they fight, argue, but they deeply love and care for each other.
