Justin Bieber used Twitter to announce his latest song, which includes pal Jaden Smith. He said,

"u know what..to say thank you for an amazing 2011, me and @officialjaden are releasing a #NewYears song at Midnight. #COUNTDOWN"

“He got hot beats and I got dope rhymes, so we can always get together and make music. But for people to feel what we’re sayin’ and for it to sound like a party comin’ through your speakers, you gonna have to create some chemistry. So that’s what we spent more time doin’ than anything else; developing that chemistry.”

It's a shame when the youngin's get it and make better music than the adults. The J&B song sounds better then that T.I. joint which I turned off immediately after he uttered the word B. The only problem is Jaden sounds similar to Justin which is an issue otherwise kudos boys.

The "Popped Off" beat sounds

The "Popped Off" beat sounds very much like the beat to Amerie's song "More than Love", which feats. Fab. I know Amerie's song contains a sample from Kool and the Gang's "Summer Madness" but the beat for TI's song sounds more like the beat for Amerie's song.
