Ashanti stepped out looking ridiculously fabulous yesterday in NYC. After her quick appearance on "The Today Show" to promote The Boys & Girls Club and to reveal her new single, she and her red hot dress with a Chanel pendant and sparkling shoes were spotted trekking to her next stop.

I actually love the dress. Her hair and makeup, as usual, are beautiful. The brooch, though, is too much combined with the belt and the necklace. I hate the shoes, and really don't think they would look good with ANYTHING.
