Kelly Rowland has been in NYC all week promoting Here I Am including a stop by "106 & Park" and hosting a listening party at the Universal Motown Offices. See the pics inside...

Kelly Rowland stopped by BET's "106 & Park" yesterday to promote the release of her Here I Am cd. She rocked this figure hugging black and white dress with her nude strappy platform heels.

Later that evening, Kelly hooked up with Michelle and Beyonce at her album release party.

Loving the new sense of confidence the "X-Factor" judge is showing now.

Earlier in the week....

Kelly hosted a listening party for her new LP at the Universal Motown Offices in NYC.

Cute dress.

She posed next to her picture on the wall with other blockbuster Universal albums.

Then she sipped a cocktail and signed copies of her cd and posters.

What is wrong with Kelly's face in the 1st pic???? She looks ugly in that 1st pic and her nose looks crooked like it's going to the right and, she has on wayy tooo much pancake make-up. She looks pretty in the other pic below and I love that skirt and those shoes. I agree with whomever said she tries too hard to be sexy. It doesn't look natural. It looks stupid and desperate. I'm glad she's sinally getting the recognition for her music.

Her album just came out yesterday.... y do u ppl have to come in and bash this woman. Her team have a plan trust me. She sold that much just off her song Motivation! Her album sales will go up even more when she releases her new video & go on tour with Chris Brown. She will do fine.... she haven't even released her second single & video. She is just like a brand new artist starting all over again... it's gonna take some time for her to build a fan base. Stop with all the negativity. I'm so happy that Kelly's getting the attention she deserves...she's been at it for awhile now. I won't be buying the album though. And another thing... She is beautiful, but she really needs to stop with all of that hair! She has a long face, such as I, and all that hair brings too much attention to it. I really wish Kelly would

I really wish Kelly would stop hiding her true talent for the sake of her loyalty to the Knowles family. I think she downplays her talent way too much. And yes, I will go on record as saying that Kelly is way more talented than Beyonce. Doing flips on a stage, screaming at the top of your lungs, and overexposing yourself to the masses doesn't make you talented. It makes you a distraction. Anyway, Kelly is a true talent. Her voice is so pure, natural, effortless. She doesn't need the bells and whistles because she's TALENTED which warrants attention on its own. She is the kind of talent that should be promoted like Whitney was in her early days --with class-- and showcasing her wonderful vocals. I really hope she stops with the "sex sells" route because it really doesn't fit her and it's not garnering any more attention as if she were fully clothed. She needs to be showing off her talent, not her body.
