Russell Simmons and Heidi Klum were spotted at Riverbank State Park in NYC yesterday for an outdoor yoga class. Come inside and watch yogis Russell and Heidi salute the sun.....

Russell Simmons was spotted spreading the joys of meditation and stretching to his celebrity pal, model and "Project Runway" host, Heidi Klum yesterday.

They let you snap pics during yoga? He wrote his twitter page:

'Taught yoga to @HeidiKlum and class go to heidiklum.aol.com. (Inspiration to workout initiative).'

Heidi later wrote about the class on her webpage saying:

'I asked my buddy Russell Simmons to join me on my summer run and I got a big, capital NO! 'But, he invited me for one of his 90 minute yoga practices in the park with his favorite teacher, Jules Febre. I don't do yoga and I'm not very flexible but I was open to giving it a try!

'It's all about where YOU are in the moment. You don't do this for others or what they may think of you, you do it for you!'

I have been doing yoga for 9 yrs I swear by it. I really love pilates as well. More black women should try both, I'm always alone in every class lol

Absolutely Love Love LOVE YOGA! Hot yoga is even better...what an amazing workout. You're re-centered, re-energized, and completely at peace with yourself, your life, your situation, your stressors, etc. at the end of each and every session. AMAZING and far harder than meets the eye but if you're up for a challenge GO FOR IT!!!

Yoga is definately good for

Yoga is definately good for you all round, posture, sen etc. I do kundalini yoga...when I muster the energy and I really want to start hot yoga because I have been feeling some stiffness in my knee. They all look good and are enjoying the experience....no one is competiting. Yes...Namaste

Yoga is the best. It took me

Yoga is the best. It took me a while to figure out my work out routine. cardio is ok, but pilates and yoga is great. I have moved on to Ballet though. You can get Ballet exercise DVDS and they great! My legs and arms are super toned after three months!
