What man would allow such

What man would allow such disgusting accusations to swirl around unless they were true and he knew he couldn't prove otherwise? If there was no truth to the allegations wouldn't the reasonable reaction be to use any every media outlet available to dispute the claim and/ or sue for defamation of character and slander. He has does little to nothing which makes me think there is truth to the story and he has just hoped that people will eventually stop talking about it.
