Eva Longoria Parker Files For DIVORCE From Tony Parker?! For Real This Time?!

After yesterday's "false alarm" on Splitsville Lane where reports hit the Tony Parker filed for divorce from Eva Longoria Parker, NEW reports state Eva just filed this morning!

Where there's smoke, there's fire.  Deets when you read on...

So it looks like the Parkers are over afterall.

People.com is reporting that Eva filed the papers this morning in L.A. Superior Court.  And even though it has't been confirmed, rumors are abuzz saying Tony's infidelity is the reason.  I have a feeling a few San Anotnio groupie are about to start making their way to Gloria Allred's office.  According to the site:

The Desperate Housewives star's documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court just one day after her rep denied that Parker had done the same in a Texas court.

The cause of the split wasn't immediately revealed. But this past week the couple have been rocked with infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful.

Reports state that the french San Antonio Spur baller and the "Desperate Housewives" actress did indeed have a prenup when they wed 3 years ago in a castle outside of Paris.  So who knows how this ish is going to turn out.

Kinda sad about this one.  Wasn't really expecting it, but we shouldn't be surprised about any type of cheating in the NBA.  Oh wells. 'C'est la vie.

A man's actions are

A man's actions are determined by his level of discipline. Many men, especially Black men lack discipline. They're like wild animals in heat, jumping on and off anything that attracts them. They use it and toss it, like the dogs that they are, and go hunting for the next victim. Occassionally, their lack of discipline to use protection results in a bastard being born that they easily walk away from because after all, they're not men, they are wild animals. They love to say "oh I'm not ready for commitment" but that's just really code for "I'm a little boy who hasnt quite learned how to be a man yet so instead of embracing that next level I'll just continue to shy away from responsibility and use women as I see fit, not knowing that men of other races are noticing and have no respect for me because I'm not focused and disciplined enough to be responsible for a family". :)

Wowww you just said a

Wowww you just said a mouthful - but it's true. My boss told me that one of the things employers look for is someone who is married, because it means their willing to take on responsiblity which is transferable to performance in the workplace. White men, asian men, hispanic men - they all look forward to marriage and family. Black men are the only ones that run from it... like the little boys that they are.

Yep sounds just like most

Yep sounds just like most Black man I see in and out of the hood. They want no accountability or responsibility, they just want to roam free like "wild animals".
Anon's picture

What do you mean "black men

What do you mean "black men especially"? What races/ethnicities are you comparing them to and what is your experience with them versus other races/ethnicities. I'm sorry, did you do some sort of study?
Anonymous's picture

But seriously, think of 20

But seriously, think of 20 black men that you know and ask yourself how many are married. I'd be willing to bet the vast MAJORITY arent. But they probably have kids out there that they don't live with because they don't plan on marrying the mother.

i totally understand where ur

i totally understand where ur coming from but babies are sweet innocent beings who have no control over their makers, let's kill the word bastard.
ladi's picture

Bastard is a strong word but

Bastard is a strong word but I use it for effect. Black people used to have morals and pride - pride that kept us from having children out-of-wedlock for fear of the embarrassent it would bring to ourselves and our families. But now, we've lost that pride. Now, anything goes. We are at the point now that 70% of black children are born into a fatherless home. No man to discipline the child the way only a man can, no man to tuck them in and read to them at night. No man to see get up every morning, get dressed and go to work - showing what responsibility is. No man to greet that young man at the door that wants to take the teenage girl on a date. No man to stop that young man from sleeping that teenager and get her pregnant at age 14. No man to stop the cycle that TOO MANY African Americans are now caught up in. Do Jewish people live like this? HELL NO. They are strong on family and faith. Asians? HELL NO. They get married and get advanced degrees. Whites? Heck, even hispanic immigrants have a stronger sense of family than Blacks (even if its just to have an anchor family to get that green card). Family is the foundation that builds strong people. A mother and a father in the home together raising a family Need proof?? Go to the prisons and do a survey of how many grew up in single family homes. There is a strong correlation between single parents and highschool dropouts and criminal offenses. The future of Black children is something that we control, yet we put them at a disadvantage over children of other races before they even have a chance - all because some Black women make irresponsible decisions about MOST Black men are still boys. That's why White men call Black men boys. Even to this day, they will refer to a grown Black man as a boy because that's how they act - no responsibility and no solid family.

Um, Anon, what does someone

Um, Anon, what does someone being able to pay their rent have to do with anything? That's sort of a harsh generalization. People aren't "dummies" for having observations or opinions. There is such thing as body language; you can often tell if a man is sparked by a woman, draw conclusions, paste two and two together. It isn't outlandish for anyone to pick up on something not seeing right before a couple and then some time later they divorce. The proof is in the print; sometimes women ignore signs, ignore their conscious, and end up in way worse situations than separation. God bless Eva, I hope she is okay. Tony, too. As people I wish them that.

This was a shock to me, not because it was impossible, but because he seemed so quiet. Its being reported that she found tons of text messages between him and the wife of one of his teammates!!! This is so sad, why do these athletes get married and why do women keep marrying them?!
CandyPaint's picture

I love it when people try to

I love it when people try to decipher people's intentions just by seeing them once or twice on television. Like"She SEEMED more into him than he was into her" or "It SEEMED like she was pressuring him to get married". Half of you dummies can barely get you rent together each month let alone a man. Get yourselves together.

I'm not sure that celebrity

I'm not sure that celebrity marriages fail at a higher rate than "regular" marriages, since 50% of marriages end in divorce. It just doesn't make the blogs with John Doe divorces Jane Doe. Rumors are just that: rumors. This could be a cover story to disguise something even more embarrassing. Unless there's a Tiger Woods situation -- where nothing is left to the imagination -- I'm not 100% believing that he just dogged her. But it COULD be like the Sandra Bullock situation, though....

Right... I was a little surprised she went for a guy so much younger. She was like 30 and he was 23. Not saying men cant be younger. But he just seemed to follow behind her like a puppy. And it is no secret she sought him out. #justsayin

RIGHT, and what these cubs

RIGHT, and what these cubs (since Eva is too young to be a cougar quite yet) don't understand that unless your man has a conscious and relationship with God, they have NO reason to be faithful...much less to an older woman, ESPECIALLY when they have all these young, fresh, hot a$$es jumping their bones EVERY day. It's an "accident" waiting to happen honey.

ITs weird that ppl are saying

ITs weird that ppl are saying that Eva was thirsty or had bad intentions. I saw her in an interview on Oprah a couple years ago and she seemed VERY in love with Tony...like genuinely. And shes not one of those camera whoring celebs you see in the tabloids all the time so I thought they had a pretty normal situation. *sigh* I was hoping they would work it out cus they were so cute together...
EverybodyPanic's picture

If you have to go against the

If you have to go against the very laws of nature (men are traditionally the HUNTERS and GATHERERS ladies) to pursue and chase down a man for him to commit to you then YES YOU ARE THIRSTY and that man may "love" you, and even agree to marry you, but he will NEVER value you or be faithful to you because you've proven from day one that you are not a valuable, unique specimen that should be cherished enough to be pursued at all costs.
The Anti's picture

I agree. I am not a pursuer

I agree. I am not a pursuer myself. I NEVER do that kind of thing bcz I do believe that if a man is interested in you then he WILL do anything to get you. Just fill me in on how Eva did this? Im not privy to her hunting and gathering ways...

It never seems to amaze me

It never seems to amaze me how people on this site "assume" they know what happened during someones marriage. How do you know that she was pressed to get married or pressured him into a marriage, let alone married to a ball player? Did anyone have a 20/20 interview with Eva? Didn't thinks so! SMDH and GTFOH!!!

I always thought that these

I always thought that these two were a miss matched couple....Eva seemed really prissy and Tony seemed really down to earth....But opposites do attract I guess....I wish them both the BEST!!
Anonymous 's picture

Sorry to hear this, I was

Sorry to hear this, I was hoping they would be the exception. That said, I'm beginning to think that no athlete has the morale appitude to be faithful.....how sad that is. There are some species of animals who even mate for life....and we were created on a high level and can't manage to do it? How sad. And if they are going to do it can't they at least be discreet? Infidelity among athletes has always existed but the jump-offs usually kept quiet in exchange for the financial rewards...........now they all want their 15 minutes of fame.......whoever she is (they are) will be seen shortly. Being discreet at least let the wifes have some level of self respect.....but once it is in their face they have no choice but to do something about it.
Anonymous's picture

I totally agree with this

I totally agree with this comment I am a well to do black man that isnt married by choice. I am not ready to commit. I think society pressures people into being married I dont like that. Get married when you feel youve done everything it shouldnt be forced. Another marriage down the tubes due to societies influence. Sad to say but Ill stay happy single and with my money. Not sayin there arent any good black women out there cuz there are but men especially black men in the nba arent done having fun its that simple. I mean dont get married dont embarrass your families Im old school with it. This day an age people have no shame adultry is still a reeeeaallly bad sin people yall should check out what the bible says about it your breaking an oath with the lord thats what scares me. I fear God not man. You may say Im a fornicator but at least I havent broken a vow with the lord something I promised in his sight not to do. Play on.
Fox's picture

Unfortunately, if most men

Unfortunately, if most men ran from commitment like you, we would not be procreating and have a strong black race. We'd only have a bunch of bastards running around... oh wait, we already have that problem - 70% of black children born to a fatherless home. Black men are the BEST!
Anonymous's picture

i completely feel what you

i completely feel what you are saying! fornicating, adultery....all sins. please never use that as an excuse to not grow up and become a family man. like you said....black men are the best! *snickers* NOT!

I never bought into these

I never bought into these relationships anyway. They were never right for each other from the get. It never looked right. Tony was too young for Eva. Eva wanted a professional athlete so desperately. I dont think her motive was pure love. She wanted a power couple status. When she got with Tony, he had just been named to People mag's most beautiful and the spurs had won a championship. Bottomline, I am not surprised.
Anonymous's picture

OMG!!! I have no idea what

OMG!!! I have no idea what lead you to believe that Eva wanted a professional athlete (so desperately). That is hilarious!!! Anywho...from someone who knows someone in both their camps, Eva was so in love with Tony!!! It's very sad to see this happen! Time will heal the wounds though.

When ever women will get in

When ever women will get in thru their heads that men are not made to be monogamous! Yes he will marry you if he loves you and wants to take care of you and have a family. But dont expect for you to be the only woman. Its just not natural.
OKAY's picture

Wait Wait Wait! Men are made

Wait Wait Wait! Men are made to be monogamous...it is just the choices they choose to make. Some men...expect their woman to have him as the only man as she should expect him to have her as the only woman...which I think is natural. Anybody can cheat....that's what makes it so easy, but it takes a REAL and WHOLE man to stay faithful to and love his wife, friend, partner, lover, confidant...and only her.

That’s why relationships struggle cause women believe this crap, and all the good men have to suffer for it. Making the marriage/relationship miserable because there is no trust. It’s a dirty game out there, and never ends.

Hmm I guess it was all good

Hmm I guess it was all good when her hubby was an all star, won the NBA championship etc and now that he sits the bench and ain't nobody talking about him she wants OUT! I heard she is saying he was cheating but these women need to realize that with all the traveling professional athletes do how do they stay faithfal...athletes, celebrities should not be allowed to marry because it seems like most of them will end in a divorce..in Hollywood marriage seems like fashion and when the fashion statement goes out of style it's on to the next one

Honestly, I always thought he

Honestly, I always thought he looked a little shady. I wonder if there was any truth to those infidelity rumors when they were first married in 2007. They sued X17online because of the story, and we never heard anything else about it.
Gail's picture

Awwww, that's sad. They were

Awwww, that's sad. They were such a hot couple and seemed like they were really in love. What's even sadder is that people don't take marriage serious anymore. You don't just leave when shit gets rough..."for better or worse." If you're not ready to be with ONE person for the REST of your life, no matter how miserable you are...DO NOT get married. Think about the vows you're making before GOD, "til death do us part" is not a joke. Marriage isn't for weak people.

I saw this coming when we

I saw this coming when we first found out they were dating. Eva had that thirsty "marry me" thing going on and Tony looked like he was just having a good time. She loves the paps. He hates them. I always felt like Tony wanted a woman that was more low key. He HATES the spotlight. I over estimated though. I thought they'd last 5 years, but they only made it 3. No one stays married anymore. It's just a phase people go through until times get hard and then it's like, "see ya!" That's a shame.

This is sad to hear. I hoped

This is sad to hear. I hoped they would last. I don't want to jump to the assumption of infidelity even though that's an easy one to make being that he is a NBA player. I wish them both all of the best. At least from all reports it appears to be a mutual agreement to divorce and they have prenup so it should be as straight and clean of a process as possible.
