Solange & Julez Get Vintage Fab+Neicy Nash Gets ENGAGED!

Solange posted some new polaroids on her blog featuring her and her son Julez summering in a fab and laid back way. Pics plus news on Neicy Nash's engagement when you read on...

Solo loves the vintage style pics. And so do we.

So cute.

And in other news, Neicy Nash, who turned 40 earlier this year, just got engaged to her boyfriend of a year Jay Tucker. She told "Entertainment Tonight":

"I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man," Niecy said. "I love you so much."

"Falling in love was the easy part, planning a wedding -- yikes!"

The couple set a May 2011 wedding date. Congrats!

WTF are you talking about? Solange does not NEED to find luv soon. She is doing the right thing by spending time with and focusing on her son. She is a single parent.

Growing up in a two parent household was great for me. But Have you ever talked to people that grew up in a single parent home? The biggest complaint is that their mom always chose a MAN over the kids.

Kudos to moms that raise their kids first and find love later!!!!!!

My exact sentiment @selectivewords! Women can be so damn man hungry, and I'm not saying that the original poster was implying that she should chase a man. But, I think Solo is doing the right thing. TAKING CARE OF HER SON! My mom has been separated for a while now, but she hasn't started a relationship since her separation from my dad because of my lil brother. First of all, she knows how he is, and now that he's a teen, he ain't going to take to kindly to some new man not only replacing his father but taking over the household. Women need to realize that once a child is in the picture, it ain't about finding a man, but taking care of your first priority. There's time for that, and I'm not saying don't date or hell even get married, but that shouldn't be your first priority like so many women imply. It's nothing wrong with taking care of you and yours for awhile. I'm sure Solo knows what she's doing. What the hell is up with folks giving relationship advice, when no one is an expert at it? Just do you, and worry about yours...point blank!
