UPDATE: T.I. And Tiny Busted For Pills That Resembled Ecstasy?!

We all know by now that T.I. and Tiny were arrested last night for a controlled substance. Then we reported there may have been some purple drank in the styrofoam cups found in the car they were in. Now, more details are being released that police found “pills resembling Ecstasy”. Find out the deets when you read on...

According to Nicole Nishida, a spokeswoman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, deputies pulled over T.I.'s Maybach after he made an illegal U-turn on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. Cops then smelled marijuana and conducted a search. They then found a controlled substance which is now believed to be “pills resembling Ecstasy."

“The pills are being tested as we speak,” Nicole Nishida said.

Federal officials are in the process of determining whether or not to revoke T.I.'s probation due to last night's arrest. United States Attorney Sally Quillian Yates said, "The probation office is in the process of determining what happened and will make a recommendation regarding Mr. Harris when they have all the facts."

T.I. could be sent right back to jail to do some serious time if they determine he did violate his probation. T.I.'s probation officer has asked him to return to Atlanta so it doesn't look to good for the King.

This isn't gonna end well. So much for "ridin' wit the King..."

First of all, I'm in no way passing judgement on T.I. and Tiny outside of their celebrity. I believe that everyone is entitled to make good or bad decisions. I just find it strange that both he and his wife are not cautious of the conditions of his parole. I mean just because you are rich doesn't mean you are above the law. What I find so ironic is that

What I find so ironic is that Paris was found with coke in her purse and no one was really arguing about whether she violated her probation and should go back to jail. The sites I visited most had folks claiming that she will walk because she has money. So, there does seem to be quite a double standard existing in our society. We don't know who the drugs belong too but already TI is going back to jail. The coke was found in Paris's hand bag but whether she goes back to jail or not is still up in the air, and I'm sure it will fade and she will remain free. Somewhere Paris Hilton is thanking God for TI's stupidity because the more we focus on him the better chance of her getting away with her actions.

This is a very unfortunate situation that I hope gets thrown out. I think that some of these officers are too busy tring to make high profile arrest and get in the news than upholding the law. I question the motive of an officer pulling over a 300,000 car for an illegal u-turn. It's not to say expensive cars don't have to follow the law but I think it's more muscle flexing on the part of the officers. Underneath it all I think is racial profiling. I will pray for TI and Tiny they didn't deserve to be pulled over.

He is not on parole sweetie.He was sentenced in a federal court and was given a mandatory custody sentence of a year and a day and at the time of sentencing was told how long is probation would be. Ok, let me start by saying I am a huge T.I. fan. I was very saddened when I heard this news and wondered why was he not thinking????? But then again I wasn't on the scene or in the car and I have no idea what happened and how everything went down. He may not have known the E's were in the car, this is possible if someone you are with had the drugs on them without you knowing. Yes, this happens all the time. My husband was in a car with a so called friend and was stopped because he was on his cell phone, oops. The cops pulled him over for this and because of his past record wanted to search the car. He told them to go ahead as he knew he had nothing on him. Well they found a controlled substance and since he was driving he was arrested. The so called friend (no longer in our lives) admitted later on that the drugs were his and he got nervous so he tucked the drug in the console of our car! My point is we shouldn't judge unless we know the whole story. If the drugs were TI's then yes I would be disappointed. They could have been Tiny's and if that is the case that would be a disappointment. If everyone in that car knew that drugs were there even if it wasn't theirs then they are all to blame. You must always watch the company you keep and if you want to stay on the positive path then keep those around you who will support your goal and not enable you. I hope all works out for them and pray that they didn't just take two steps back. Guess we will know when the whole story is out.
